Our creativity soars this week, as we thrive under the inspirational energies of the Gemini Sun to revamp our outlook and surroundings.
Today and tomorrow we’ll also be brainstorming for new ideas under the Aries Moon, and by Wednesday, when the Moon moves into Taurus, we’ll be able to take action on the things we want to change on a physical level.
The week starts off strongly this morning with the Aries Moon trine Mars in Leo. This aspect is known for determination, courage, resourcefulness, and lots of practical action. If you are not working today, this morning is also great for some quality ‘me’ time doing the things you love most.
Whether you are ready to take on a home remodeling project, bring your wardrobe up to date or go for a completely new look, or launch a new spiritual practice to enhance your soul growth, this is the time to bring those to life!
Tuesday afternoon a Aries Moon square with Pluto in Capricorn may however cause some trouble. This transit is notorious for causing irritablity, emotional outbursts, and agressive behavior. Disagreements regarding business or family finances are more likely and we may be more prone to lashing out. Find and keep your inner peace, as the unnecessary drama will not be worth it.
The Gemini New Moon on Saturday heralds a two-week cycle of new beginnings, so the preparations we make this week will quickly move us forward into enhanced levels of being. Joyful harmony is the theme at the start of this week, as the Moon glides through Libra today and tomorrow.
A Libra Moon tends to create an effervescent, affectionate mood. Today is a good day to make new friends, and romantically whisper sweet nothings to that someone special. Also, the Libra Moon sextile with Mars in Leo offers the perfect opportunity this evening to spend some quality time with your beloved.
However, be sure to keep your cool Wednesday morning when the Libra Moon squares with Venus in Cancer, as disagreements and arguments are more likely, especially with the women in your life.
The remainder of the week unfolds under a more intense, ambitious Scorpio Moon. Focus, drive, and progress will be the dominant themes Wednesday through Friday. By harnessing this determined energy boost we are likely to get twice as much accomplished as we had planned.
The Moon waxes full in Sagittarius on Saturday, which could bring surprising people into your midst. This Full Moon could have us crossing paths with exes, people we went to grade school with, or even strangers with whom we share a past life connection.

Astrology Forecast April 24 – 30, 2023
After last week’s cosmic excitement, we’ll find some solace as the Moon drifts through Cancer today through Wednesday, giving us time to regroup, reorganize and tend to personal chores and obligations.
The pace picks up again on Thursday when the Moon moves into Leo and restores our energy and drive. For the next few days, we can reset our goals and review our directions before we move forward, as with the Sun now in Taurus, it’s time to take our ideas and put them into action!
We’ll also want to stop and look around to see how we can help others, as well as reconnecting with friends and family to make sure they are doing okay. Thursday evening’s Leo Half Moon might however invoke disagreement and conflict, especially with family, so think twice before you react and do not take the bait.
Friday may prove to be challenging in terms of communication and interacting with others. A Leo Moon square with Mercury in Taurus in the morning, as well as a Leo Moon square with Uranus in Taurus in the afternoon, could have us struggling to stay focused and clearly convey our thoughts and feelings. Don’t speak or act hastily, and double check emails and text messages before sending, as it may contain incorrect details or go out to the wrong recipients! Also, avoid getting into unnecessary arguments, as willfulness, irritablity and mood swings are more likely under these aspects.
Sunday is the perfect day to finish up our spring cleaning, as the Virgo Moon combines with the Taurus Sun and inspires a clearing out of clutter, garage sales, or gathering items to go in the donation bin. Even if you’d rather be taking it easy and relaxing, promise yourself you’ll clean out or at least organize one area of your house; you’ll be glad you did.
Empower Yourself With Astrological Intention
Astrology is to me like a metaphysical best friend. It is a way to reflect in the mirror and expand my personal growth. By applying it daily over the past decade my life has become more mindful, and miraculous. I’ve also noticed that challenging astrological aspects, such as squares and oppositions, have become easier for me to deal with.
An astrological square is considered one of the more adverse aspects in a chart. This placement is when two planets are separated by three zodiac signs and therefore positioned at a 90-degree angle in the chart at the time of birth. This creates competing tension between the energies of these two planets which neither can win, forcing them to compromise and somehow meet each other halfway.
An astrological opposition is another extremely challenging aspect in a chart. This placement happens when two planets are exactly opposite each other in the zodiac at 180 degrees apart. This means these two planets are in opposing signs and as far apart as they can possibly be on the astrological wheel. Their unique energies are therefore polar opposite, causing conflict, drama, and power clashes.
I keep track of these events in my chart because I incorporate daily astrological intentions in my life as part of my spiritual routine. My practice is to map out each day’s relevant transits and to then meditate on the significant aspects. I also pray for assistance where needed, such as with the significant squares and oppositions in my daily chart. Then, I go about my day.
Astrology Forecast March 13 – 19, 2023
This week’s cosmic energies are likely to intensify our workload and stress levels, and we will probably be running on all cylinders until the weekend. So, staying focused and keeping our noses to the grindstone will be the most sensible way forward.
The Sagittarius Moon will at least help to keep us balanced as we sort through the piles of obligations awaiting us today and tomorrow, and a Capricorn Moon will supplement the productive energy we need to get through Wednesday and Thursday.
The Sagittarius Half Moon could cause major family disagreement and drama tomorrow night. This will be even more so due to its square with Neptune in Pisces, which can cause us to be hypersensitive and out of touch with reality, as well as its opposition with Mars in Gemini, which tends to make us hasty, hostile, and even aggressive. Things could indeed get really nasty. So, make a conscious effort to think twice before you overreact, and avoid conflict at all cost. It fact, it may be wise to go to bed early tomorrow night!
Venus will return to domal dignity when it enters Taurus on Wednesday, helping us reorder our priorities before moving forward.
There’ll be a lot of brainstorming and information to sort through under Friday’s Aquarius Moon, so share your ideas and do some thourough research.
Mercury will move into Aries on Saturday, sparking creative and innovative ideas for us to consider, but since it’s the weekend do not neglect your work-life balance. Instead fo working, the main activity should be socializing, catching up with friends, and updating your social media feeds and digital devices to make them more current.
Then, take a breather on Sunday as the Moon drifts through Pisces and allows us to step back from all the demands that have cluttered our week.
Astrology Forecast February 6 – 12, 2023
This week’s cosmic energy is all about the mind, including new ideas and alternative ways of looking at things, that will lead us to bigger and better things. We won’t need to re-invent the wheel, but we should consider new uses for old objects, reorganizing our stale schedules and goals, and implement better energy flow in our home with a mini-remodel or feng shui project.
This morning’s Leo Moon opposite Saturn in Aquarius could cause no end of trouble at home, so keep a low profile and stay calm. This opposition is notorious for inspiring arguments and drama, especially regarding the children and household finances.
The Moon travels through Virgo later today until Wednesday, expanding our mental capacity and boosting our organizational skills. We will need to take care not to be too idealistic or overly critical. Expressing our opinions calmly, while remaining open to the ideas of others, will pay off handsomely!
Thursday and Friday are all about balance and equilibrium under the Libra Moon. The keyword here is vision. A great idea may land in your lap, but think it through for a few days before you jump to implement it.
The only significant planetary shift this week is Mercury’s electric transit into Aquarius on Saturday. Combined with this weekend’s Scorpio Moon and the Sun currently in Aquarius, it will inspire new insights, intuitions, and impossible dreams that are sure to catch our fancy. However, be prepared for possible delays in communication and travel Saturday afternoon due to the Scorpio Moon square with Mercury in Aquarius. Be especially careful not to get lost if travelling, and make sure you send that email or text to correct person!

The Gemini Moon will have us very focused on social and intellectual pursuits today and tomorrow, as we search for creative ways to change up our routines and think outside of the box. Gemini lunar energy boosts our curiosity, innovative thinking and the desire for novelty. It is a great time or learning new things, networking, creative ideas and charismatic communication.
Keep your feelings in check around midday today, as the Gemini Moon square Venus in Pisces may pave the way for irritability, emotional outbursts, and arguments. It will especially be the worst possible time to get into a quarrel with your mother-in-law!
This afternoon’s Gemini Moon sextile with Jupiter in Aries will be an ideal time for business opportunities and making money, so make that call or send that marketing email!
If there’s anything you need to get done this week at work or in your business, do it before Wednesday, as things will then slow down significantly for the rest of the work week due to the Moon’s ethereal transit through Cancer. Use the second half of the week instead to reconnect with loved ones and practice some much needed self-care.
The weekend’s Leo Moon will inspire our generosity. Make an effort to unite with others in a common goal of charity and reach out to those in need.
