The Wisdom Of Being Open To Psychic Guidance

I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of being open to the truth and the willingness to receive guidance in a psychic reading. I have also seen the opposite, and its sometimes devastating consequences.

Every reading offers the potential for profound insight and growth, but sometimes people struggle to face the truth in the answers and guidance they receive.

One particular reading stands out in my memory as a poignant example.

Several years ago, a client came to me for a reading about a very challenging romantic relationship. With a troubled look and a sense of urgency, she asked her question:

“Will my relationship with my partner get better?”

As I tapped into the energies surrounding her situation, the answers that emerged were quite disturbing and definitely not what she had expected. The runes spoke of lies, deception, and deep-seated issues that did not bode well for her or the relationship. However, when I shared this message with her, she was not at all pleased. Instead she reacted with resentment and stubborn resistance.

“That’s not what I asked,” she insisted, her voice tinged with anxious frustration.

In her mind, the answer she wanted was a simple “yes” or “no,” and anything else was irrelevant. She even tried to rephrase her question a few times, hoping to finally get the resounding “yes” she was expecting! Despite my repeated attempts to guide her toward a broader understanding of the situation and how best to navigate the inherent challenges and possible dangers, she remained adamant in her refusal to accept the guidance offered.

In the months that followed, her relationship continued to deteriorate, plagued by the very underlying issues that the runes had revealed.

Eventually she came back for another reading. But despite my best efforts to once again encourage her to consider the deeper truths of the situation, she remained closed and unwilling to consider alternative perspectives. It was another missed opportunity for growth and transformation, as her stubbornness prevented her from one again accepting the guidance that was intended to point her in the direction of her highest good.

About two years later, she humbly returned with a sheepish smile, and sadness in her voice. She had clearly undergone a painful transformation and now had a whole new perspective.

“I owe you an apology,” she confessed, her voice tinged with regret. “I wasn’t ready to hear the truth back then. I was so focused on getting the answers I wanted that I ignored anything and everything that did not support my delusion.”

It soon became clear that the runes had been accurate, that something was seriously wrong in their relationship. Both readings pointed out the inconsistencies in her partner’s words, the vague explanations for his actions, and his frequent, unexplained disappearances. But blinded by affection and a desire for companionship, she brushed aside the truth offered and instead made excuses for his behavior, and her own blindness to the truth.

Over time, the true extent of his manipulation became apparent as she realized she was caught in a web of emotional and financial exploitation. It was only when she found herself drained of both her savings and her vitality, her mental health hanging by a thread, that she finally realized the devastating toll of that toxic relationship. In the end, she was left with nothing but shattered dreams, broken trust, and some painful lessons learned too late.

It’s a curious facet of human nature that people sometimes ignore wise counsel or refuse to face facts. Despite sound psychic advice, earnest warnings, and divine guidance, some folks persist in their own ways until confronted with the harsh reality of their choices.

But I don’t take it personally. I have come to understand that the journey to personal growth and soul wisdom sometimes requires some people to traverse the disastrous pitfalls and dark valleys of their free will choices, accompanied by the pain of bad decisions and sometimes even hitting rock bottom. Only when confronted with the full extent of the consequences of their choices do some people finally awaken to the truth and see the validity of the advice they had previously ignored.

These “aha” moments are a bittersweet realization for both the psychic advisor and the client, as the former experiences the validation of intuitive foresight and the reliability of spirit’s guidance, and the latter undergoes a profound transformation through their freely chosen crucible of adversity.

My client’s story serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of openness and receptivity when receiving a psychic reading. When you approach a reading with a willingness to truly receive whatever messages and guidance the universe has to offer, you create space for true growth and transformation to occur.

In my experience, those clients who embrace whatever is revealed in a psychic reading with an open heart and mind, pave the way for profound growth and understanding. And as their psychic advisor, I am grateful for the opportunity to guide them on their journey to greater clarity, inner wisdom and self-discovery.
