Pushing Energy To The Extreme
A mother’s precious child becomes trapped under a car. There is no one in close enough proximity to come to her assistance and as she becomes frantic with the awful possibilities of the potential outcome. Then some unknown force seems to take over her body…
With no conscious thought as to how she will rescue her offspring, the anxious mother lets herself become guided by some unknown force and begins to lift the car in order to release the child. She has not thought about the why, or the how, she only knows she must act swiftly, before there is too much damage inflicted on her little one. The car is then miraculously raised, the child is free and mom is now breathing an immense sigh of relief.
Each of my days are miracles. I won’t waste my day; I won’t throw away miracle ~ Kelley Vicstrom
But how can this be? If she had to do this over again, under normal circumstances, would she be able to achieve the same result? That certainly is questionable. This scenario is usually connected to what is known as an adrenaline rush. Perhaps that is the case, but I like to think there is more to it.
More than a dozen years ago, I was painting my home and had the misfortune of falling off the ladder. The fall ended up doing some really serious damage. I broke the third thoracic vertebrae (T3) in my spine and severely damaged a number of nerves in the lower part of my back.
During the very first week, while I was in the hospital, not one area or nerve in my lower back was capable of any movement whatsoever. Unbeknownst to me, my doctor had apparently told my family that I would never walk again.
I have no conscience memory of having such a conversation with the doctor, not that it would have mattered anyway. There is no way I would have let him decide whether I would be able to walk again, or not. How could he know for sure what I, or any other human being, is truly capable of!
Two weeks later, I stuck into a wheelchair and despite the fact it was a state of the art affair, there was no way on this earth I would remain immobile in that contraption. For me that was equivalent to being placed in a jail and I am one of those souls who greatly values freedom. It took me a couple of months to release myself from that convoluted piece of steel. I went directly to a walker.
Do not underestimate the positive energies you create when you know how to be grateful with the daily miracles surrounding you ~ Henry Good
Now, I freely admit I am a senior now, however at the time I was a jaunty 56 year old, not yet ready to be put out to pasture. It did take me a whole year to finally become dependent on the use of just one cane, where I remain to this day.
Was this easy? No, not on your life. There is nothing that can compare to the will of the mind. For me, everything comes down to pushing the energy to the extreme.
Every single thing on this planet is a miracle. From the drops of water in the ocean, to a blade of grass on the lawn, or even the hair on our beloved pets… everything is a powerful manifestation of energy.
When a tree sprouts it’s magnificent blossoms in the spring it is the same energy at work as when a stream runs over its banks, or even a tidal wave hitting a coastal community. It is an extreme push of energy.
We can make use of this energy or not. It can be calming, or daunting. It certainly is always useful. Whether it is an emotional, spiritual, physical or mental energy, the ability to apply and direct energy in our daily life is a tool that was freely given to each of us to use as we see fit.
We will not all be trying to lift a car off a child, or even attempt to rid ourselves of a wheelchair. However, there are significant goals that most of us have and how we can use our extreme push of energy to achieve those goals is probably one of the most viable tools at our disposal.
Push as much as you can. There is no such thing as being patient when the goal is within reach and at the goalpost waiting. Always remember to use the push of your extreme energy, it is after all there for you to create the life you deserve.
