Astrology Forecast November 15 – 21, 2021
This week should unfold in a pretty steady manner until Friday when we discover that change is in the air! A Taurus Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse on Friday will be the first of two major astrological events to mark this change that will create a major shift in focus and direction for the next six months. Eclipses come in twos, about two weeks apart, approximately every six months.
The Taurus Full Moon this week, also called the ‘Beaver Moon,’ speaks to the idea of a physical change. As an earth sign, its purpose is to direct our attention to the tangible things in our lives; money, health, and security. New awareness and change will be a theme until the next eclipse on December 4th, particularly in these areas.
But tread carefully under the Taurus Moon as it does have a tendency to make us irritable, short-tempered, restless and moody. It is known to create a climate for disputes and family drama. Focus on keeping your cool and staying centered and grounded, especially towards the end of this week.
Then on Sunday, the Sun will move into the sign of Sagittarius, setting us on a four-week course in search of balance, fairness, and resolution. The combination of these two events in one week should generate more determination as well as faith in our movements well into the new year.
Note that both of these events occur under a Gemini Moon, so you’ll notice a lot of buzz in the air as people become more vocal about the changes they are preparing to make, as well as how they plan to go about it. The Moon in Gemini also stimulates our appetite for adventure and novel experiences and it is a good time for communication and learning.

Happy Samhain and Halloween! This final week of October culminating in the sacred Celtic holiday should run quite smoothly. A Gemini Moon today, followed by tomorrow and Wednesday’s Cancer Moon, will put us in the mood to embrace the spiritual tones of the season.
Two favorable aspects join forces today to inspire personal power and achievement in our lives. The Gemini Moon trine Mars in Libra will boost our willpower and resourcefulness to get some practical things done, while the Gemini Moon trine Jupiter in Aquarius will have us feeling positive, optimistic and popular.
We often present different facades and keep up appearance for the different people in our lives and this is a great time to examine why we do this and how well it is working for us. There will be an energy in the air this week to express ourselves more authentically or to show more of our true nature to the world, especially as the Moon travels through Leo on Thursday and Friday.
There’s a tendency to overthink things as the Moon moves through Virgo on Saturday and Sunday, so try to avoid those mental gymnastics and be sure to watch for critical thinking or high idealism, as these two mental activities can only get you into hot water this weekend!
Mars will move into Scorpio on Saturday, where it will spend the next two months shifting our actions and movements in subtle spiritual ways. Though our journey may not make sense or could change direction at a moment’s notice before the end of the year, we can trust that spirit is in charge now and directing the traffic.
Astrology Forecast October 18 – 24, 2021
Mercury will resume forward motion today, but because it takes another week or two to get out of the retrograde shadow period, don’t assume we’re out of the woods yet! Continue to back up all your computer work and digital devices; take everything you hear with a grain of salt; tale extra care if you have to travel; and expect the unexpected until the retrograde after effects completely clears.
We have a lovely Aries Full Moon coming up on Wednesday, also called the Hunter’s Moon, which will generate a confidence in our skills and abilities, energetic vitality, mental sharpness, and sense of financial security. It is also a good time to be assertive and take on difficult challenges. Having what we need, as well as receiving something we want, are further positive aspects of this Moon. The restrictions we’ve faced over the past 18 months will now culminate in some solid solutions and relief.
Beware the Taurus Moon square Jupiter in Aquarius on Friday, because there is a risk of conflict and drama in romantic relationships. The Taurus Moon trine Pluto in Capricorn later in the day could also cause us to be emotionally selfish and restless, which could get us into trouble if we act impulsively on our sudden urge for adventure and excitement.
The Sun will enter karmic Scorpio between late Friday and early Saturday morning, which will shift our focus to the possibilities that await us. For the next four weeks, we will feel more in tune with spirit and our divine destiny, releasing the things that no longer serve us and embracing the true wonder of our lives. This is also a time when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest, and we can more easily receive messages and guidance from our loved ones on the other side.

Today may be the beginning of a somewhat ‘bumpy ride’ for next three to four weeks. With Mercury going retrograde today we also may not get much done this week. If you find yourself stalled on a project, your best bet is to swicth and do something else for a while, until the energy shifts.
Mercury retrograde is associated with confusion, communication issues, delays, technology malfunctions, and lots of frustration. So, until late October we can expect undelivered emails, misunderstandings on social media, computer issues – and if you have travel plans make sure you have good insurance! The good news is that our intuition is increased during this time, so put it to good use. It is also an excellent time to reflect on the past and release what no longer serves us.
Today’s Gemini Moon could cause additional miscommunication under the retrograde influence, so document everything, pay attention, keep your opinions to yourself and stay out of the confusion that abounds today.
Tomorrow through Thursday we’ll glide along more easily under a Cancer Moon, but this could also give us the “I don’t want to” blues, as we won’t feel like doing much of anything.Don’t worry if you feel the urge to procrastinate, as you’ll be able to pick up the pace again on Friday when the Moon moves into energizing Leo.
Thursday morning’s Cancer Moon trine Venus in Scorpio will be a great opportunity to surprise your partner with a surprise gift or a romantic breakfast in bed. This trine is all about courtesy, cheerful moods, love, and harmony, without a very low risk of arguments and conflicts.
Save any paperwork or detailed activities for Sunday, as the Moon will move into Virgo and heighten our attention span and recall, making it easier to access the information or ideas we’re in search of.

Three major astrological events impact our heavens this week, beginning with today’s Pisces Full Moon, also known as the Harvest Moon. This Moon marks the completion of a cycle and a time to reap what we have sown, as well as the opportunity to release the past once and for all.
On Wednesday, the Sun will move into Libra and mark the start of a new season: autumn in the northern hemisphere and spring in the southern hemisphere. With the Sun in Libra for the next four weeks, a sense of inner peace and balance will accompany all we do. As the sign that rules partnerships, love relationships, beauty, and harmony, we’ll gravitate to the things that make our hearts sing!
It might be challenging to get much done this week, until the Moon moves into Taurus on Thursday, but we’ll be able to make up for lost time under this grounding sign.
Mercury will go retrograde again on Sunday, and with the Moon in Gemini on the same day (a sign Mercury rules) we may find it impossible to make up our minds or figure out what action to take next. Remember, when in doubt, do nothing!

Most of all, practice patience when glitches or setbacks do show up as they do have a purpose and are designed to get your attention and increase awareness.

There is a fairly quiet vibe in the heavens this week, with no major astrological influences.
Today and tomorrow the Moon will travel through Gemini, inviting us to be more social. With Mercury in Libra today, this is also a good time to engage our talents for performing and public speaking. These are also good days to research information, consider your options, and change up your plans to suit your moods and desires.
Today’s Gemini Moon trine Venus in Libra is a powerful energy for romance, love and marriage. You and your partner may be unusually reliable and cheerful with each other today, and it should be easy for you to avoid arguments or conflicts in your relationship.
We will seek the comfort of home under Wednesday and Thursday’s Cancer Moon, choosing to focus on household chores or hide out under the covers in domestic solitude.
On Thursday the Mars in Virgo opposition with Neptune in Pisces could lead to a situation that you may not wish to deal with, but don’t avoid it. Today’s Pisces Moon will make it easier to see the spiritual side and higher purpose to all we do and encounter in this life. Be careful however to not overreact or withdraw too much from the world today, as the Pisces Moon conjunct Neptune in Pisces can make us more hypersensitive than usual.
Once the Moon moves into Aries tomorrow, we’ll have more drive and energy to get things done! This will be a great time to start new projects and take in very challenging tasks.
Thanks to the newly ensconced Virgo Sun today, all we essentially have to do is simply think something, and we can manifest it. Since Virgo rules health and technology, it is good idea to take action now to schedule that overdue medical checkup, as well update apps and clear out old files on your computer or smartphone. The time of Virgo is about taking care of business, and catching up on the procrastinated things you’ve been moving from list to list over the last two months!
The Moon will move into Taurus on Friday and continue the trend of getting things in order, especially on Saturday, when we’ll find it’s time to clear out the garage, clean up the garden, or make that household repair we’ve been putting off. It will also be best to stay busy at home doing something constructive, as the Taurus Moon square Jupiter in Aquarius could lead to reckless spending and love relationship issues.
