Past Life Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Our past lives have an impact on our life today. It is therefore important that we identify patterns and people in our current that could be have a past life connection.
A client recently came to my local psychic healing and herbalism practice complaining of persistent insomnia. He would wake up between 4am and 5am each morning and not be able to go back to sleep. This had been happening for as far back as he could remember.
After we looked at what could be going on physiologically to cause this, and found nothing, I scanned him psychically and saw that there was a past life connection to his restless sleeping pattern.
In a former lifetime he was awakened in the early morning hours by the noise of explosives going off on his property. He lived with his family at that time and their house was on fire after the explosions. He tried to get everyone out of the burning house. One person remained trapped inside, whom he was unable to rescue, and he spent the rest of that lifetime feeling guilty and regretting the tragic event until his dying day.
Spirit showed me that the traumatic event occurred at the exact same time that he now wakes up every morning. He had no recollection of this event, but when I told him what I saw he told me he felt goose bumps all over. Upon further exploration of the impact this past life event had on my client, I soon realized that he was suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) due to a past life.
While past life fears keep us from partaking in risky behaviors and also provide opportunities to attain virtues, they also prevent us from living our lives, fulfilling our dreams, and reaching our full potential ~ Nanice Ellis
Another client would often reach towards his belt for a long sword, ready to draw it out in defense, when someone would knock on the front door of his home. He is a young man who came to me for a reading in the hopes of discovering why he had this auto reflex each time someone would knock on the door. It bothered him so much that he wanted to know what was behind it.
I looked into his past lives and saw a former lifetime where he lived with his family in an old home, which appeared to be somewhere near Wales in the United Kingdom. One night there was a knock at the front door. They had just finished eating dinner and had asked the neighbors to come over for after dinner drinks and merriment. My client opened the door without checking to see if it were in fact the neighbors. Before he could draw his sword from its scabbard, he was overpowered by three thugs who forced their way into the house. The men tied his hands behind his back, and blindfolded and gagged him. The female members of his family were then taken away and he was left alone in the house.
Past life traumatic events, though no longer in our immediate memory, can begin to surface for one reason or another during our current life. Somewhere stored in our cellular memory is the trauma from these events.
I still have many questions about past lives and how they influence our current life. For example, do we come back to Earth in this lifetime to pick up from where we left off, or do we start from scratch? Do we meet our enemies, friends, lovers, and other people we knew from previous lifetimes in this lifetime to finish something left incomplete? What happens if we do not find peace with what happened from these past life events?
In the cases in which the previous person died an unnatural death, over 35 percent of the children show an intense fear of the mode of death, the kind of avoidant behavior that is part of the official DSM criteria for PTSD ~ Dr. Jim Tucker
One thing I know for sure is, our body holds an intelligence within it that is truly phenomenal. Have you ever met someone who seems to be so familiar that you feel like you’ve known them forever? Or, what about when you meet a new person who just gives you the worst feeling? Although you’ve never spoken to them, you already know you don’t like them. Why is this? I believe we may have met this person in a previous life and though our mind doesn’t remember them, our psychic memory does. These energy imprints are recorded in our psychic cellular body.
When we have unexplained fears of things, or repetitive reflexes that make no logical sense, it helps to communicate with your cellular memory. Talk to your body and listen to what it tells you.
Always be sure to thank your body for all it does for you every day, and for doing its best job to constantly protect you. Remember that your body is your vehicle on this Earth dimension for as long as your divine contract has you here, but you as a soul never die.
Lastly, get a past life reading with your favorite psychic to see if there is a past life connection with the person, feeling, or situation you are experiencing. You’ll be glad you inquired. There is an enormous amount of peace waiting to be restored, as well as pointers to living the best life here, allowing you to be the person you were born to be in this lifetime.
