Astrology Forecast June 20 – 26, 2022
Give yourself a break today as the Pisces Moon dictates a day of non-movement and ethereal information. The Mercury in Gemini sextile with Jupiter in Aries this morning will have us in a cheerful, optimistic mood, with not much work getting done anyway, as we will find socializing far more appealing than the usual grind. If you need sound legal or medical advice, then this morning will also be a really good time to consult with your lawyer or doctor.
Tomorrow, the Sun will move out of intellectual Gemini and into Cancer, setting a calmer pace and tone for the next four weeks. Home projects, family vacations, or social activities will be a highlight of this cycle as we seek more security and balance in our home lives.
By the way, if you and your significant other are earlier risers, make every effort to avoid conflict or disagreement early tomorrow morning as the Pisces Half Moon is a fertile aspect for drama, especially with the opposite sex. Think carefully before your react.
On Wednesday, Venus will enter the sign of Gemini, stirring our imaginations on a personal level and encouraging us to explore all the options at our disposal when it comes to personal preferences.
Thursday through Saturday will prove our most productive days of the week thanks to the Moon’s journey through Taurus.
Once the Moon moves into Gemini on Sunday, we’ll turn our attention from physical activities to intellectual ones, making this the perfect day for socializing on the internet, updating our communication devices, and researching information.
Astrology Forecast May 30 – June 5, 2022
With a Gemini New Moon in the heavens today, we can make a wish and start formulating a plan for the future. The Gemini Moon will likely have us doing more socializing than working today and tomorrow, as our quest for new and shared information prevails.
The Gemini Moon square Neptune in Pisces tomorrow afternoon will set the scene for a fickle, emotional mid-week by causing us to be passive, unrealistic, and indulging in wishful thinking.
This will be followed by a moody, even gloomy energy that will hang over us on Wednesday and Thursday, as the Moon drifts through emotional Cancer, and we’ll have to watch out for sensitivity or depression, which meditation and spiritual practices can help alleviate. Keep things simple, attend household obligations and avoid making any dyed-in-the-wool decisions.
The mood will rapidly begin to improve early on Friday morning with the Cancer Moon sextile Mercury in Taurus with an increased sense of clarity and more sound judgment. Friday afternoon the Moon will move firmly into Leo and provide us with a more confident outlook for the weekend, reminding us to practice self-love and to be generous with others in all our interactions.
Mercury will thankfully turn direct on Friday, but do allow a week or two after for the retrograde glitches to clear entirely.
Saturday, Saturn will turn retrograde and remain that way until late October. When Saturn is retrograde, it gives us a few months to move without the regular restrictions and disciplines this planet is famous for, allowing us to explore new schedules and ways of being that might serve us better in the future.
Jupiter, Pluto And The Judgment Of Solomon
One of my favorite astrologers, Christopher Renstrom, is an uber-wise storyteller who has a knack for bringing profound astrological messages to life. He recently spoke about the separating Jupiter-Pluto energies, likening both Jupiter and Pluto to judges: Jupiter symbolizing Zeus, the benevolent King of Mount Olympus, and Pluto to Hades, his brother, the King of the Underworld.
In many ways these energies are opposite to one another, one reigning in the light (Jupiter), the other in the dark at night, beneath the surface of things (Pluto). Yet, both kings preside in judgment over matters brought to their attention.
Christopher went on to relay the story of The Judgement of Solomon from the Hebrew Bible, in which Solomon rules between two women both claiming to be the mother of a particular child. The explained that this story beautifully exemplifies Jupiter and Pluto in their role as judges over life and death.
In the story, two women had given birth, but tragically one of the babies did not survive when the mother accidentally rolled over on the child in her sleep. In the morning, she secretly switched the two babies, giving the deceased newborn to the other mother. This mother awoke and found the lifeless child, but knew this wasn’t her baby. She knew the living child belonged to her instead, but the other mother denied this and wouldn’t give up the living child.
The case went before King Solomon, who agreed to listen to anyone’s complaint, no matter what walk of life they came from. And so, each mother, in-turn, argued her side, with no corroborating witnesses to back them up.
Solomon listened intently, then asked for a sword. He then ordered the living child be cut in two, with one half handed to each of the mothers as a fair resolution of the dispute. But the true mother of the living baby implored the king not to kill the innocent child, but instead willingly relinquished the baby to the other mother. The illegitimate mother, however, demanded the child be killed so no one would have it, dispensing her own morbid sense of justice.
Astrology Forecast March 7 – 13, 2022
Mercury joins the Sun in Pisces this week, adding to the spiritual, somewhat ethereal energy of this week.
Today will prove our most productive day under the Taurus Moon, so get as much out of the way as you can. The Moon will dance through Gemini Tuesday through Thursday, making us more prone to socializing and chatting mid-week.
The Taurus Moon sextile Jupiter in Pisces will bring us both social and financial success and have us feeling upbeat and confident, so this morning will be a good time to drum up some new business prospects.
The Pisces Sun sextile Moon in Taurus today will add to our sense of popularity and our ability to see eye-to-eye and successfully meet others halfway. This constellation lasts only a few hours, so strike the iron today while it is still hot, as the mood will shift towards insincerity, disharmony and even depression by the end of the day under the Taurus Moon square Saturn in Aquarius.
As Mercury moves into Pisces on Wednesday, most of our discussions will be centered on spirituality, the occult, and the supernatural.
Once the Moon exits Gemini and wades into Cancer, we’ll have two more days of watery energy on Friday and Saturday.
The fog will finally begin to lift on Sunday when the Moon moves into Aries and restores our energy and drive, though we may decide to channel that into restoring balance rather than charging out to run a marathon or paint the house!
Astrology Forecast February 21 – 27, 2022
Interesting insights and ideas abound under today and tomorrow’s Scorpio Moon, but take care not to get caught up in the mental gymnastics of ‘what if’s.’ Instead, keep your focus on the facts. Writing things down or taking a break in nature can restore some balance as you ponder current truths and realities.
The Moon in Scorpio is an intense, passionate energy that can easily escalate into impulsive behavior, vindictiveness and arguments. Tensions will thankfully be somewhat alleviated this morning by the sense of harmony the Pisces Sun and Scorpio Moon trine will inspire.
Tomorrow evening will be a good ‘date night’ if you are up for some romance this early in the week, or if you need to play catch up with that belated Valentine’s day celebration. The Scorpio Moon sextile Venus in Capricorn on Tuesday is ideal for matters of the heart. It is also the one night this week you are unlikely to have any disagreements with your beloved.
Wednesday and Thursday’s Sagittarius Moon casts an air of fairness and justice over things, as it inspires you to speak up and ask for what you want, or at least get closer to knowing what it is you want.
If you want to be sure you will get anything done this week, aim for Thursday through Saturday to make some real progress, as the Moon will march through industrious and determined Capricorn and move things along quite nicely. Thursday’s Sagittarius Moon sextile Saturn in Aquarius will give us a head start by boosting our sense of organization and responsibility, brining even the most ambitious goals within our practical reach. However, the serious, conscientious tone of the Capricorn Moon may also cause some of us to go into ‘workaholic’ mode, while neglecting family and personal life, so be sure to make some real plans for fun and relaxation over the weekend.
Sunday is all about friendships and unity under the Aquarius Moon, as we pause to connect with our favorite people and see what they’ve been up to.
Astrology Forecast February 7 – 13, 2022
We’ll be cruising the information highway this week as the Sun picks up full power in Aquarius. Keep in mind that even though Mercury went direct last week, there could also be some lingering fallout, so stay alert!
Today and tomorrow a Taurus Moon inspires us to take care of obligations of a material nature. The Taurus Moon sextile with Jupiter in Pisces this morning will have us in a positive, optimistic state of mind and operating at our social best, while bringing with it good energy for financial gain and material success.
This aspect will be followed a little later today by a Taurus Moon trine Mars in Capricorn, which will ensure that we have no shortage today of determination and practical resourcefulness. One could not ask for more ideal lunar constellations to start off the first day of the week.
Wednesday through Friday we’ll be under the influence of the Gemini Moon, making networking, socializing and researching our main focus. Not only will you be surprised at what you learn, you might be dispensing valuable information to others.
However, beware the Gemini Moon square Jupiter in Pisces on Wednesday evening, as it may be a catalyst for wasteful extravagance and clashes with the law, as well as potential conflict in our romantic relationships.
Therefore, if Wednesday is normally date night for you and yours, you may want to consider postponing it until Friday, when the Sun in Aquarius trine the Gemini Moon will instead have us brimming with a sense of well-being and happiness, and our relationships with family and romantic partners will be harmonious.
The Cancer Moon will take precedence over the weekend, inspiring a cleaning and refreshing of your personal space, as well as socializing with loved ones, or giving yourself permission to be a couch potato and catch up on all those movies or tv shows you’ve been meaning to watch.
Astrology Forecast January 10 – 16, 2022
Mercury goes retrograde in Aquarius this week, on Friday, but we can expect to see evidence of it as early as today. Miscommunication, lost items and internet glitches could litter the week, so stay on alert. Also remember that if obstacles or setbacks arise there is always a different path to get to where you’re going.
The Moon marches through grounded Taurus today through Wednesday, which should add a lot of stability to our movements the first half of the week. The Taurus Moon sextile Jupiter in Pisces constellation this afternoon will also have us feeling upbeat and positive and bodes well for business meetings, financial success and getting a good deal.
Tomorrow the constellation of Mars in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces may give rise to fake news, extremism, and misinformation, while the Taurus Moon conjunction with Uranus will help to fan the flames! It may therefore be best to not engage too much with your social media feed tomorrow, and to avoid relatives and coworkers who have disturbing, marginalized views on important matters.
If there’s anything important you definitely have to get done this week, try to get it off your plate before Thursday – especially if it requires clear communication, travel or digital technology. The Moon will hang out in Gemini Thursday and Friday, and with Gemini’s ruler Mercury changing direction, this could be the time when miscommunication is at it’s highest. So, if your phone or laptop isn’t working quite right, don’t be surprised! Avoid making any major ‘set in stone’ decisions for the next three weeks, as changing your mind at the last minute will be a scene.
It might be wise to lay low and stay close to home over the weekend, as the Moon travels through Cancer. Stoke the home fires and rather attend to our closest relationships. it will be good for your soul.
