A Beginner’s Guide To Moon Manifestation

FREE psychic reading at PsychicAccess.com, Click Here NOW!!!The Moon is a powerful and mysterious satellite in our sky. It governs the tides, controlling the movement of our planet’s vast bodies of water. Water, as an element, is connected to our emotions and intuition.

Considering that our bodies are 70-80% water, the power of the moon cannot be ignored; its influence runs deep within our cells.

Throughout time, the moon has been seen as a powerful energetic body across many cultures. As we observe the moon wax and wane, it teaches us about the cycles of time and the rhythm of nature. It also provides an opportunity to harness its energy to amplify our intentions of creation and release.

How can we attune ourselves to the rhythm of the moon and use this natural cycle in our practical lives?

First, we must pay attention. With so much going on, most people aren’t even aware when the moon is full or new.

Get a calendar that shows the lunar cycle to make this easier. Once you can easily track the moon’s cycle, you can incorporate it into your spiritual practice.

To take advantage of the moon’s energies, align your intention setting with each phase.

The Full Moon is a great time for setting intentions of release and letting go. This is because, after the moon is full, it begins to wane, meaning the crescent gets smaller and smaller until the moon is completely dark.

Today, the moon ritual carries just as much sacredness and brings a beautifully primal practice into the modern world. It’s something we desperately need in our always-looking-at-a-screen way of life, and when life itself is often filled with challenges, heartbreak, and despair ~ Jennifer Racioppi

This dark phase is called a New Moon. The New Moon is a time for setting intentions for the things we want to create or manifest in our lives. These can be experiences, relationships, abundance, etc. This is because, after the New Moon, the crescent moon begins to grow in the sky.

Once you understand these basic principles, you can align your intention-setting or manifestation rituals with the lunar cycle. One of the beautiful aspects of this practice is that each time you look up and see the moon, it serves as a reminder of your intentions.

During the period between the Full Moon and the New Moon, as you see the crescent grow smaller, it reminds you to let go of what you are releasing. Each time you see the moon, take a moment to feel your body release the energy you are sending back into the universe. Do this with love and peace. There is no judgment, only a sense of grateful liberation.

As you see the crescent moon grow larger between the new and full moons, let it remind you of what you are creating. Take a moment to invite the experiences, energies, and emotions you wish to manifest into your life. Feel the joy your success will bring, and give thanks for nature’s magnificent design and our power to consciously create our lives.

Once you start paying attention to the moon’s cycle, it will eventually become second nature and part of your everyday awareness. If you already perform ritual practices, you can time them to align with the moon phase.

Just like the moon, we also go through the same cycle over and over again and that might sound frustrating, but really, it’s quite beautiful because you can learn so much from each moon cycle and you can carry your learnings into the next one, leaving things behind that no longer serve you ~ Gisele Stein

However, you don’t need to design an elaborate ritual to take advantage of lunar energies. It’s simply a matter of aligning your intention-setting, manifestation, and meditation practices with the lunar cycles.

I find that being in alignment with the moon’s cycles brings me a sense of balance and energetic coherence. Perhaps particularly as a woman.

However, men can benefit greatly as well! The moon offers us a powerful natural rhythm to which we can attune ourselves. It can help us reconnect with the rhythm and cycles of nature in a profound way.

The moon reminds us that there is value in both light and shadow, growth and release, action and rest.
