Guiding A Friend To Embrace Her Psychic Path

Awakening as a psychic medium is not something most people decide to do on a whim. Sometimes, the calling arrives unexpectedly, through guidance that cannot be ignored.

This story is about one of those moments. It is the journey of helping a close friend embrace her psychic and mediumship abilities after receiving clear messages from both our guides that this path was necessary.

What followed was not only her awakening, but a powerful shared experience of trust, fear, growth, and spiritual confirmation.

I have known her for over forty years. We met during a time in our lives when we were open to new experiences and spiritual exploration. It took a year. She lived four hours away, but I knew I had to make the drive and give her that final push. She was scared, mostly of the unknown.

She was afraid of what this path truly meant, and especially afraid of spirits who had crossed over. They were drawn to her, and when I was around her, they made themselves known. They even seemed to taunt her at times, which did nothing to ease her fears.

One of the most important lessons for any psychic medium is learning to set boundaries. I stepped in and told the spirits to leave her alone. When spirits do not respect boundaries, you must use your own power to get their attention.Once things settled, she finally felt safe enough to move forward.

The moment we arrived, I felt the shift. The energy wrapped around me like a warm glow. I felt open and connected. She felt it too, though she was understandably nervous.

Before our vortex tour the next day, we visited nearby ruins. Just being there felt special. The energy of the earth was uplifting and grounding. When we met our tour guide the following day, her humor and storytelling helped center us. We walked along a creek, listening to the water flow over stones. It was peaceful and calming beyond words.

Then we climbed a hill to a large labyrinth. It was incredible, glowing, quiet, and serene. I felt like I was home.

At one point, the tour guide quietly stepped away, and light seemed to focus on the labyrinth alone. As I walked it, I was drawn to certain spots where I needed to stop and breathe. My friend took a picture of me during one of those moments. She sensed how deeply I was connecting. I had never felt anything like it.

It was as if I had stepped into another plane. I felt connected with my angels. The feeling was pure comfort and joy. They gave me messages and reassurance about coaching my friend, along with confirmation that I was on the right path.

I trust my messages completely, but receiving that confirmation was powerful. They also shared guidance meant just for me. Speaking with the angels was encouraging and affirmed my role as a lightworker.

I received several downloads that day, energetic gifts from the Universe. These are the kind of downloads that bring new abilities when guides feel you are ready. One such gift for me was clairolfaction (psychic smell) which I had not experienced before.

The angels told me, “This was your time to teach. This was your purpose.” They reminded me that I had always carried this within me and that I had been guided perfectly.
