Is Your Mind In A State Of Zen?
Much like a computer, if you don’t keep your mind clear and sometimes take necessary steps to keep it running smoothly, it can give you some grief in the long run. You will find in the end that you are not happy, lack awareness and even suffer depression.
When our minds don’t function properly, our life doesn’t seem to be as fulfilled as it could be. Achieving this state of clarity, serenity and mental smooth sailing is what I call “living in a state of Zen.”
Have you been going about your life in a constant mad rush with your mind all over the place? This is not living in Zen. If you don’t need it, discard it from your mind. This way you will have the extra space to bring in things that actually serve your highest good and help you to be a happier healthier individual.
When people will not weed their own minds, they are apt to be overrun by nettles ~ Horace Walpole
Here are some ways you can relax to help clear your mind and discover which thoughts can be eliminated:
1. Meditate
2. Go for a walk
2. Go for a swim
4. Spend time in nature
5. Take a soothing bath and visualize all the dark energy leaving your body and going down the drain at the end of your bath.
6. Eat well. I always tell my clients to make sure they are getting the nutrients they need. Are you getting all the micro-nutrients and minerals you need, such as Magnesium, for example.
7. Stay clear of all toxic people and situations. This is the most important one of all. Refer to my blog entitled Protect Yourself From Toxic People.
Merge your mind with cosmic space, integrate your actions with myriad forms ~ Hung-chih Cheng-chüeh
You will find that if you take the time to take care of you, your mind will work better. You will find that you have sharper thinking and everything just is better. You will be more in Zen!
Being in Zen is nothing more than being in the right place at the right time, and having your mind work the way it should. You have mental clarity and psychic awareness and move about life in a peaceful, relaxed way. Your communications with people are calmer and happier, and your life is more abundant, happier and healthier. Here’s to living in Zen!
