Release Yourself From Past Life Patterns
A few days ago my good friend Tom, whom I have known for a couple of years now, popped over for a visit – as he tends to do every now and again. Tom is quite smart and generally an all around nice, helpful person.
During the course of our conversations, Tom commented on the fact that although he is well into his 60’s now, his life has been somewhat dull and uneventful. He cannot understand why things for him appear to be always so bland and unexciting.
After a few probing questions on my part it soon became apparent that Tom had never really established any goals for himself and did not have any particular vision in mind for his future. There was never any thought of wealth or riches, aside from the fact he shared the hope of many of one day winning a lottery. He is just one of those individuals who believe that somehow the world would open up for him and life would take on a whole new meaning without any input from him.
You are not responsible for the past, but insofar as you do nothing, you are complicit in the present created by it ~ Jonathan R. Miller
Tom is a typical hard-working being, who is plodding away like so many of us on this earthly plane. I was completely intrigued by his situation, as I always want to know the why’s and wherefore’s of people’s circumstances. I thought I might do a little psychic investigating on my own, to try to get to the bottom of Tom’s life dilemma.
The first thing I was shown in a vision was a pair of very old and worn work boots. The owner had made use of them for a very long time doing mainly manual labor, which can be extremely taxing and wearing on a person’s psyche.
Next, I went into a past life regression on Tom’s behalf and this is where most of the foresight and understanding of his plight made the most sense. At another time Tom had been a soldier in the army and was quite used to marching, moving on and then marching some more, with very little thought of any outcome. It just became a mindless repetition of placing one foot in front of the other.
At this particular time, Tom had a buddy that was in the same unit with him, and they spent a lot of that time in each other’s company. One day, Tom’s buddy was occupied with another chore and during this alone time Tom was confronted by two menacing men from the opponent’s side. There was an altercation during which Tom managed to not only subdue, but also kill these two soldiers. When his friend arrived back at the scene he was completely flabbergasted as he could not comprehend how Tom could have taken down to large, threatening enemies on his own. No explanation was ever given, nor did Tom ever try to figure out how he accomplished this feat entirely on his own.
As time wore on, the soldiers from this unit were running out of food and supplies, made more daunting by the fact they still had a massive march ahead of them. Tom became more discouraged and despondent as time went on. He eventually let his friend know that he was about to desert his position in the army. His friend was in complete agreement as to their hopeless situation, but regardless of the severe conditions did manage to convince Tom to stay on.
Disregard for the past will never do us any good. Without it we cannot know truly who we are ~ Syd Moore
The fact that Tom had almost no memory of slaying two gigantic opponents, tells me that Tom has buried his fighting spirit so deeply inside of him he may never find it again. As a result of that, he simply follows the status quo and barely exists as human being, denying himself the chance of embracing life in any kind of challenging manner.
To accept the idea that he should just plod ahead with no real rewards of any kind is almost criminal in itself, but he goes even further in the acceptance that he will probably not even receive the means to acquire the basic necessities of life.
Sadly, Tom is indeed living out the truth of his own creation over more than one lifetime. Unless he wakes up to what he has created and comes out with a fighting spirit, this will be the completion of his existence.
So, a word to the wise my friends: do not stay marching in the same position. Come out with both fists bared, claw, crawl, do whatever you have to do. Just because you lived a past existence in one set of circumstances, does not mean you have to life out this one in the same way. Set goals, expect the best and always expect some kind of reward.
