Living In The Outer World

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comWe seem to have an existing belief that there is an ‘out there’… somewhere is this massive universe. Well, truth be told, that ‘out there’ is actually right here. This world that we know and are familiar and comfortable with is actually The Outer World. It is also known as the Small Earth, since a larger Earth exists in the same galaxy.

Stated in simple terms we might look at it this way: at one time in our own earthly history the former empires absolutely believed they were an advanced and intelligent society trying to live and work for the benefit of all its citizens. These powers that be thus made determined resolutions regarding some of their less than desirable citizens.

Some were actual convicts exiled from a refined society to remote places. It was believed then that these foreign, outlandish and desolate places would either do in a weaker human being in, or toughen them up to such an extent that they could perhaps return as qualified and productive members of a dignified social world. Or it would become so dangerous and trying to that element of society that there was a possibility they would perish on their own. This outcome would certainly alleviate any guilt or misgivings on the learned members who were responsible for the harsh sentences to begin with.

Not all of those who were banished to the remote sections of the world were crooks, or bad, or evil citizens. Some were truly innocent, or victims of circumstance, and others, of course, had to escort these people to the designated posts. There were also those who were discreetly removed from families that were embarrassed or ashamed of their own brand of behavior. There was also an honest and determined group that were hoping they could carve a successful niche for themselves as pioneers, while availing themselves of all the ‘new world’ had to offer.

As a result of all these strategic moves, invariably separate movements came into being. A myriad of factors set things into place. Obviously there were already a variety of people playing out their individual roles in that fascinating and scary new countries. The indigenous bands of humans residing in their sections of the grassy plains were all inviting and accepting to these strange newcomers.

Interestingly enough, that was not always agreeable to the new arrivals. It appears to be a part of the human connection to reject most of the things that seem odd or uncomfortable to us. We would much prefer that any inhabitant let go of the methods and ideas most known to them, for their own successful survival, and adopt our own ways regardless of whether or not they are in keeping with the current terrain.

So, to put this all in a nutshell, some of the foreign beings stayed even after their sentences were carried out and either became a new and prosperous citizen enjoying all the fruits of their new existence in exile, while others returned to their old and familiar homelands with customs and patterns they clearly understood. Although these were not a conducive part of the new landscape.

This is a comparative narration of our existence here on this Outer World. We have conducted ourselves in so many ways similarly to our earthly ancestors. Some of us adapt and will everything we possibly can to maintain the status quo and do as little harm as possible, while we partake of this human form, while others arrogantly abuse and destroy any resource available, irrespective of the damage it might incur.

Our actions do have consequences, and at some point we will be asked to face whatever pain we have caused. The life review encourages us to realize that everything we do affects all other creatures ~ Sheila Fabricant Linn, Dennis Linn & Matthew Linn

We are mere visitors, with sometimes good and sometimes bad behavior, sent here to serve out our term in exile. We can repeat our lives here as humans, if we wish, or we can transform to another existence in a different realm, or we can always go back to home base.

I find it a challenge to co-exist here on any given day and I am sometimes anxious to return to my own snug reality in another dimension. But, in the meantime, I am trying my best to serve out my term with dignity and decorum, so that when I have to account for my actions here someday, I can truthfully say, I honestly and earnestly endeavored to learn and experience all I could in order to become a better citizen, despite whatever existence I will morph into. I hope to return to my home base one day with my pride, and dignity intact.

One Response to Living In The Outer World

  • Hi Kitty,
I found your blog to be quite good reading, and ‘thank you’ for using my quote. I like it when people can put my quotes to good use.
It’s true, we are all just passing through here, as it were, and ‘yes’, at some stage we all have to make amends for what we have done here.
I’m by no means perfect, and I have regrets and sorrows about some aspects of my past, but I believe that my past has helped me who I have become today. It has helped shape me.
This is why I write so many quotes now.

Anyway, take care and all the best for the future.

    Anthony T. Hincks
