Living Under The Mushroom?
Are you living under the mushroom? This is not necessarily a bad thing, depending what your expectations are. In order to live in the Light we must make an effort of some kind to come out from under the mushroom. Nothing much grows in the shadows.
Living in the Light? What does that mean? Does it mean we will no longer gossip about the neighbors, focus less on the negative aspects of life, stop finding fault with others, and never expect bad things to happen to us? Probably not.
What “living in the Light” does mean is that we strive to accept and understand the motives of others, and that we allow some leeway when dealing with faulty human beings, especially considering the fact that we are personally also one of those “faulty souls”. The Value Of Prophetic Predictions
The next major lottery winner will be in Pittsburg… The next riots will occur in Alabama… In six years we will face a major global catastrophe.
We are being given these predictions for a reason. They are to help us understand that the Universal Forces can see at any given time where we are headed, and while they cannot interfere, they are hoping if we are shown what is about to transpire, especially if it is something that is going to bring us grief, maybe we will start taking the appropriate action to ward off some of the harm.
It can be extremely frightening to experience these visions. However, we must be courageous enough to accept what we are being presented with and find within ourselves the ability to let others know what is about to occur. Continue reading
When You Ask You Shall Receive
We know from previous teachings that if we ask we shall receive. So, how come we don’t ask more often? Is it because we don’t realize we can, or is it maybe that we think we are not worthy or deserving? Or is it because some of us just don’t know how to go about it?
We are always allowed to ask for things. It doesn’t have to be anything special, or something in particular. For example, let’s suppose you would like to go out to a movie or to the art museum, but there is no one available at that moment to accompany you. Your sister, who is normally game to go places and do things, is away on a seminar for the next couple of days. Your mother, the “all-else-fails backup,” has promised to attend a baby shower for her best friend’s daughter. You would have been able to ask one of your own friends, however nobody is available. Oranges Are Adventurous Souls
Orange soul colors are one of the most notably vibrant. They are exceptional survivors who frequently have huge emotional issues happening in their lives – not just for themselves, but also for close family members.
At the same time, “oranges” are one of the most daring soul colors in existence. They are adventurous spirits who won’t just go on a safari, but will try to get so close to a wild animal that they could count its teeth.
Oranges love to take risks. They can change course abruptly and love to dive into something they may think is important at the moment. They can at times be challenging to live with, as they like to be on the move and do not care for a quiet, normal existence. Helping To Heal The World In A Spare Moment
When we truly open our eyes to the wonderful world around us, what we see is the amount of abundance available to us. There is an endless supply of good things, too plentiful to list, and we are welcome to partake in all that is here. Many of us understand this and live in harmony with all that is provided. Some of us do not.
I am not sure where satisfaction ends and greed takes over? My guess would be that it is connected to a spiritual lack. When we feel complete in ourselves, there is no need to try and control or own everything on the outside. Why would we feel a need to possess it all, when there is so much here for all of us and joy emanates from the sharing?
Spiritual fulfillment comes from the inside only. It arrives when we have a feeling of love that radiates totally from what is within and is rarely connected to what comes from outside of us. Continue reading
Soul Groups And Pre-Existence Agreements
It is my belief that we belong to soul groups, that we choose to participate in this particular existence in a certain way based on a soul agreement. It is quite similar to auditioning for a play. We can choose to be in a comedy, drama, horror or even a combination of all of the above. We can also choose to take on the leading role, or just be a supporting cast member, or perhaps a cameo or extra taking a background position.
Which position are we willing to take on? This in itself can be a great challenge, as well as a profound learning experience. Many times if we have chosen a role that caused grief or harm we will regroup at a later date to try and resolve latent issues. If we are successful it is wonderful, because we can then pursue a totally different role or existence or go on to something completely different. Continue reading
Purples Are Natural Leaders
Purple is a powerful spiritual color that originates from the authoritative plane. What this means for those individuals who have this as their favorite color is that they tend to operate completely from the authoritative self.
This is not to be mistaken as seeming “bossy;” it stems from an inherent understanding of how things should operate in a successful manner, and usually for the common good.
