Why People Cheat On Their Mates – Part 1
Many times I will do a reading for someone who wants to know if their mate is cheating on them. Sadly, more times than not lately, I find that my clients suspicions are accurate, in some way, shape or form. But what constitutes “cheating.” There are all types of cheating and to some people one form of cheating may not be considered cheating at all.
One form of cheating is you’re dating someone and you are considered an established couple, but that person is also seeing others behind your back. Why do they cheat? Some feel it’s because they don’t really love their boyfriend or girlfriend, while some say they do it to see if the one they are with is really the one they want to be with. Always Keep Your Eye On The Prize
Have you ever followed the progress of an athlete training for the Olympics? The loyalty and commitment to their end goals can be wholly inspiring.
Nothing will impede the true competitor from achieving the gold that their heart is set on. We see these people getting up at the crack of dawn, practicing for hours at a stretch, often missing family gatherings or pleasurable moments with family and friends.
What drives them to this degree? Is it all worth it after all, and what does this mean for us ordinary human beings? Do we believe it is only certain chosen ones who will stick to this task and see it to completion, even if the desired results is not reached? Or is such persistence something we are all capable of? Can You Handle The Truth?
There is famous scene in the movie A Few Good Men, where Jack Nicholson’s character angrily declares: “You can’t handle the truth!” Most of us can’t seem to, can we? We tell ourselves lies day in and day out, and after a while we come to believe them. Worse, we make excuses for ourselves or others that stop us from living full, healthy lives.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
There’s a reason most recovery programs include a step where you need to take a full and honest inventory of yourself. Even if we are not in recovery, how long since most of us have really taken a long, hard look at ourselves, warts and all? We want to believe that we’re smarter, prettier, and more successful than we really are. That’s human nature. All of these lies and half-truths in our past are like a huge boulder weighing us down. Difference Between ‘Psychic’ and ‘Intuitive’
Although the difference is subtle, there is a fundamental difference between being ‘psychic’ as opposed to being ‘intuitive’.
The term ‘psychic’ refers to having a special sensory system, better known as a psychic sensory system or chakratic sensory system. This sensory ability enables you to ‘get’ or ‘perceive’ information. Much information can be derived through psychic perception.
Unfortunately, the shadow-side of having such a psychic sensory system is your potential entanglement with unwanted energy. ‘Getting’ information automatically implies that the source is outside yourself, and you are thus vulnerable to taking on what is not yours.
