Tarot And The Future

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThe Tarot is a wonderful resource for gauging which direction we are heading in life. However, too often people seeking information will misunderstand the system. They want to know the future, but the Tarot does not create the future. The Tarot is a metaphysical tool and does not negate metaphysical laws. We can certainly see which direction we are headed in our lives, based on the insights the Tarot can provide. However, it is important to pay attention to the whole message that is coming through.

Rushing to the end of a Tarot reading is unwise, since there are often elements of change that are integral to the outcomes. I often explain it like this: the Tarot works in much the same way as a Global Positioning System (GPS). The end point will represent the coordinates that we either desire, or are currently headed toward. The other cards represent the path to get there. At times, the Tarot will provide directives that help us along the way. Just like with a GPS, we cannot expect to get to the right location if we are unwilling to follow the instructions necessary to get us to the right place.

Tarot Cards And Toxic Relationships

click photo for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comIf intuition is the foundation for being a psychic, then divination tools are like putting on glasses to see the details. Tarot cards can reveal a person’s real intentions and provide a bigger picture into any situation that requires clarity.

When I use the Tarot for a love or relationship reading, I look for specific cards or combinations that show harmony or growth within the relationship or person. Here is a list of cards that typically catch my eye as major red flags, or signal that the connection between two people may be toxic.

The Magician

This card can be positive when surrounded by complimentary cards, but it can indicate that the person you’re interested may be charming… but manipulative. I often see this show up when someone only wants to do what they want, or when they want to be with multiple people. Continue reading

Create A Vision Board To Manifest Your Soulmate

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comA spiritual practice I often recommend to my single clients is the creation of a vision board to manifest one’s soulmate. It serves as a tool for visualizing what you desire in a partner, in order to imagine your way to true love.

To perform this ceremony you will need:

  • 1 pink, 1 yellow, 1 green Candle
  • Vanilla incense
  • 1 rose quartz stone, or rose quartz beads or jewelry
  • A Tarot card deck, or a deck of playing cards
  • A new $20 bill (or the foreign equivalent)
  • 1 poster board 2’x 3′ or larger (foam core is ideal if you want to pin pictures and objects to it, instead of using glue)
  • Glue or pins with which to attach images and objects
  • Cord, ribbon or lace to cover outer edges of the board
  • A lovely photograph of yourself
  • Magazines and collected objects that represent love to you, such as hearts, silk flowers, wedding bells, doves, and so forth

Making The Tarot Work For You

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThe Tarot can be used to gain greater understanding, improve our intuition, and predict what may happen in our lives. But what many fans of the Tarot often do not appreciate, is that the Tarot can also be used productively in everyday life.

The Tarot is a mystical tool that will work differently for everyone. In fact, the meaning and message of the cards will be unique to every situation. For example, if you’re the type of person who typically notices patterns in nature, from images in clouds to numerical patterns, such as license plates, then Tarot will be a natural connection for you.

Time To Shake Out Your Rugs!

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comEvery year when spring arrived, my mother used to say, “It’s time to shake out the rugs and get all the dust out that settled over the winter.” I never really understood what she was referring to. At the time I took it to be literal. It simply meant the rugs are dirty, so let’s shake them out and hang them on a clothesline in the fresh air. We would beat them with a rug beater, to make sure all the dust would come out. The rugs would then go back in the house, smelling fresh and looking like new.

Now that I have matured, I realize what she was referring to on a wisdom level. These days when the spring season arrives, I look at my life and say, “What do I need to get the dust out of?”  And I don’t rush through this process, I truly look at the depth of what is slowing me down, from the goals I have set, or from manifesting my best reality. This year it is no different.

These past few days I have been focusing on my business life. I work out of a home office, which has been decorated with things that relate to my spirituality, including vision boards, special metaphysical items, books, cards, crystals and some office supplies, which has become an extremely cluttered mess.

My personal energy has also been cluttered lately, and I realized this while I was walking around the piles of papers on the floor. I also noticed the multitude of cards and books which no longer resonate with me, but were still sitting dormant on over-packed shelves. All this clutter was pulling the good energy out of me every time I come in here to work. Continue reading

Choosing Your Own Tarot Deck

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comPurchasing your own Tarot deck may seem overwhelming for the newcomer, but can actually be a very magical experience. Back in the ‘dark ages,’ when I decided to purchase my first Tarot deck, I remember getting a plethora of recommendations from others to buy certain decks. I was overloaded with opinions, none of which I listened to in the end.

I’ve always been a bit of a rebel, so I chose a deck that I felt most drawn to. I remember the day well, I visited a little metaphysical shop in Michigan and was immediately drawn to the back of the store, where there were some revolving racks with Tarot decks on display. I felt almost mesmerized by one deck.  It’s theme was angelic, and although the images, design, and roman numerals were not really suited for a beginner, it didn’t matter to me, I bought the deck anyway.

When I got it home, I took it into my herbal room, laid it out on some black silk, to anoint it with consecration oils of rosemary, basil, star anise, frankincense, myrrh, and patchouli. I held a pendulum over the cards to program it with my intentions, and to activate it.

After that, I fanned the cards out on my herbal table and slowly waved my palm over the deck, sending my energies into it to align and connect with it as my sacred tool. Lastly, I asked Spirit to oversee the deck by placing it into the right hands once they left mine. Continue reading

Empower Your Tarot Readings With The Three V’s

click here for a free psychic reading at PsychicAccess.comThere are many ways to bring more power to your Tarot readings, whether you are just learning to read the cards or have been utilizing them as a divination tool for years. One way is to apply the three ‘V’s’ to expand your reading skills, namely variety, validation and vision.

Variety

Seasoned and professional Tarot readers often own a number of Tarot decks, but usually gravitate towards one or two of their favorites most of the time. Employing a variety of decks will keep your readings fresh, and can also expand your predictions.

The images of the Tarot vary from deck to deck, which will offer you additional information to consider. Because you will be viewing the cards from a fresh perspective, you’ll be able to ‘see’ more. Continue reading
