Aura Reading Made Easy
Every living thing has an aura: a surrounding light of a specific color or colors. If you’ve never discovered your own aura, or that of a friend or loved one, it’s easy to learn to read auras.
The first step is to put your mind at ease. Try meditation techniques or simply breathing deeply. You may wish to begin your practice on yourself, by looking in a mirror, or else a plant or pet (if your pet will sit still!)
Choose a well-lit room; white light is best for the exercise. Let your eyes travel over the subject and go slowly out of focus. The first thing you are likely to see is the inner aura, which appears as a slight outline usually around the head and shoulders. Once you are comfortable with this first step, practice expanding your sight. You will start to see other colors beyond the white rings. They may be faint at first, but don’t worry. Continue reading
Guidelines For Developing Your Psychic Talents
Maybe one of your resolutions this year is to develop existing psychic abilities, or to embark on a journey to find new ones? Great! But how do you get started? This can seem like a daunting task, but it’s actually easier than you think.
Like any talent, psychic ability can be practiced and improved. A good place to start is to simply become more mindful of your surroundings. Use all five senses. What are you tasting, smelling, hearing? Buy a small notebook and write down your observations, both from waking and in dreams. Chances are you’ll start to notice patterns. Take time every day to meditate in whatever way you choose. Ten minutes of clearing your mind and focusing will not just help you develop psychic abilities, it will also do wonders for your stress levels and concentration. Continue reading
Your Mental Garden
Our minds are like soil. We are constantly planting seeds of thought. If you could walk through your ‘mental garden’, what would you see growing there?
When I meditate early in the morning, I try and focus on a color to bring me to a quiet, relaxed state of mind. Today, I was thinking of the color green. I wanted to take a look at my inner garden, and nurture and fertilize it, and maybe do some weeding.
Walking through my garden, I asked that God help me to recognize my talents and abilities – those that I possibly never considered before. Maybe I can plant these new seeds f goodness, and continue to fertilize the ones that are already fruitful in my life. At the same time I will also be weeding out any bad seeds – the thoughts that are growing there that are not serving me or my highest good. Continue reading
Do What You Love To Do, Now!
Several years ago, I used to do a little mobile hairdressing. One such hair appointment took me to the lavishly decorated penthouse of a retired doctor. The walls were lined with a magnificent collection of books.
As I was cutting the client’s hair, he said to me: “You see all these books my dear? Well, I worked hard as a doctor, and put off reading all of these wonderful books until my retirement one day, but now I can no longer see.” It was too late, he was blind.
I will never forget his words, emphasizing the importance of doing something we are passionate about as soon as we can. By being overly focused on anything, but the now, we trap valuable life energy from flowing into feeling the joy of any given moment. Continue reading
Embrace Who You Are
We all came to this planet with our own unique gifts. Just like no one on the planet has the same fingerprint as you, they also do not have the same talent, voice or look. Sure, some may come close, but the entirety of a person, their personality and so on, is completely different from one to the other.
I feel saddened when I see young people copying one another. Why they do this is uncertain to me, however I’m sure they want to fit in or be accepted, and they fear being rejected by their peers. There are also adults who do this. I asked one girl who was mimicking her friend recently, why would you want to be a photo copy of someone else? You’re beautiful and you have a lovely voice, and you are a very talented artist. She looked at me and said: “Oh my goodness, you’re so right!” I told her that each person came to this planet to share their light in their own unique way, no matter what your personal qualities and talents may be. Mystic Shelley at PsychicAccess.com
Though she was born with the talents that would later mark her as a gifted psychic, Shelley chose not to embrace them early on. For some, it’s better to experience life before embarking on a career as a psychic counselor and this seemed to be the path Shelley was destined to walk. Later in her thirties, a not-so-chance meeting with a celebrated psychic reader at a local book store, set her on a course that led to the awakening of her gifts. Continue reading
