The Key To Unlocking Powerful Psychic Readings
When a psychic or medium reads for someone, a great deal of information can come through from the spirit realm, depending on the client’s particular needs and circumstances. However, the opposite can also happen.
People often do not know that the amount, depth, and accuracy of information in a reading does not only depend on the psychic’s talent, skill, or ability, but also on the client’s free will and openness to the process.
As a phone psychic, I will often begin to experience an influx of basic information even before the client’s voice comes on the line. As soon as the phone starts ringing, the psychic process of connecting with the client’s energy begins, but this information is generally very limited. There is usually a lot more information the psychic can potentially read, but only if the client specifically asks for it.
Why is this? Are psychics not supposed to instantly know absolutely everything about you? Well, no. We can only know as much as spirit, and you, will allow us to know. Psychics ‘hear, see, feel and know’ information that is beyond the everyday spectrum of perception, but we cannot interfere with your free will, or pry into people’s lives without their permission. We need a mandate from you to address a particular aspect of your life.
To get the most out of a psychic reading it is therefore vital to have a clear goal or specific direction you wish to go before you decide to call a psychic. In fact, to get the most value out of a reading, it is best to begin the session with well-formulated questions or themes you would like to discuss. This will ensure that your most important concerns are addressed and answered. Because what is important to you right now in your personal life, may not be so important to spirit in the greater scheme of your broader life journey and spiritual path.
Messages From My Totems
Do you have a specific animal, bird, reptile, or insect that keeps catching your attention? I am not speaking of your dog or cat or pet bird, but of those that you repeatedly cross paths with in nature, or even in your dreams.
Each one of us has at least one totem or spirit animal, and sometimes more, that show up in some way throughout our lifetime. The term totem comes from the Ojibwa word ototeman and was introduced in English in the 18th century to refer to a ‘designated guardian spirit animal.’
When our totems show up, the most important thing is to recognize what is currently happening in your life, or what thoughts are going through your mind at the time you see it. You may also notice that whenever you are in turmoil you tend to see this specific creature (or creatures) more than when life is going smoothly.
Each totem is a symbolic representation with a specific message. They warn us of danger, or help us make important life decisions, or comfort us when we are struggling, or just bring a confirmation or a sense of peace.
They bring to us whatever we most need at the time they cross our paths. It is up to you to just trust the energy you are in when you come across one of these beautiful creatures.
Three totems that have been present in my life at specific times are the Eagle, the Owl and the Wolf. Each offered me specific support I needed at that time, and they brought me reassuring messages. At times they have also inspired me with confidence, power and strength when I most needed it. Below are a few examples of what these totems have represented to me. Spirit Guidance Requires Faith And Patience
I once received an apology call from a woman I hadn’t spoken to in over a decade. She wasn’t even sure I would accept her call. Many years ago, I predicted a new relationship for her that didn’t come to pass soon enough to her liking. She was extremely displeased and decided to ‘shoot the messenger.’ I did not hear from her again, until my prediction did prove accurate after all a decade later. She is now married to the man we were discussing at the time of her reading.
Another lady had been calling me for a while, then some things occurred in her love life in the short-term that did not please her. So, again, I was blamed for it and received no further calls. Then, six months later, she wrote to apologize. She also got married last week.
Then there’s the client that I told, “Do not go out with that guy, he’s trouble.” Yet, she still did. Two years later, she called to say, “You were right. Wish I had listened to you.”
See, when I do readings, I ask for wisdom, I pray for accuracy. I also set an intention for open-minded, sensible clients that really care about what spirit wants to communicate to them. I am fortunate that I usually have wonderful clients. Almost everyone one that I am sent to work with, understands the ways of spirit.
You see, in spirituality the journey is what truly matters, not the destination. The best things in life take time. Trusting spirit for guidance requires faith and patience. Divine timing and the divine order of things are not for us to determine or dictate.
Wyatt Earp, a legendary frontiersman of the American West, was known as the ‘fastest gun in the West.’ He famously said that being fast is great, but accuracy is much more important. Life is that way too. We often want life to move fast – quick-paced, rat-raced, constantly running to our goals! We seldom learn the lessons, have the fun, experience the growth, or enjoy the experiences we can have while steadily progressing towards the goal.
Chakra Clearing Using Stones
Clients often want to know what methods I use in my psychic readings. With the assistance of my spirit guides I usually pick up the energy around the person I am reading for. Sometimes names or events can come in, depend on what my guides are telling me. I also use meditation and stones to connect and keep my chakras open to receive message from the spirit world.
From a very young age I have been collecting crystals and gemstones to help keep my chakras clear and improve energy flow around me. Keeping your chakra system open and your energy field grounded is very important to obtain accurate inuitive information from your inner guidance system.
Speaking to my clients I aslo tend to find that people who do meditation and take care of their spiritual well-being often have happier lives and less stress. It also contributes to a longer life span.

Spirit Visions, Dreams And Visitations
We all possess the gift. Most of us do not believe, or wish to tap into our psychic abilities. Some of us may not be ready to use the gift for good, so it’s probably good that God doesn’t allow some of us to access that part of our psyche.
We are all at different stages of development, but that doesn’t mean that one is better than the other – because some have the gift and some do not. It all depends on divine timing. We must learn as the lessons are given, until we evolve in such a way that we may tap into the gift when we are ready, or when God feels we are ready to bestow it.
One night my dearly departed grandfather came to me in a dream. He was driving this very old-fashioned car, which I later learned he used to own when I paged through the pictures in an old family album. He just was there, he didn’t say anything. I was embracing the light he had brought with him. It was such pure love and just filled me up, and I was so happy and content. I also knew and sensed there were other beings of light present, who may have helped him to make himself known to me.
He came to me so that I could say goodbye to him and tell him that I love him. I felt so good being able to say goodbye. It gave my mind the sense of calm and closure I needed. I needed to say goodbye, because I never got that chance while he was still alive.
During his visit my grandfather also gave me the gift, and while doing so I also had a taste of the blissful energy of the afterlife. In life he always used to tell me that if he was able to he will one day come through from the other side to visit me. He did and I am grateful.
Today’s Reality Is Not Tomorrow’s Certainty
Much of our lives are too often built on the unknown, the future, our tomorrow. We forget that the moment of living is right here, right now, in the present. We are living today, in this moment.
People don’t need to question what’s happening right now, because that’s usually already evident in their lives. However, they do need to ‘see’ ahead, so they can be prepared for what is to come, or reassured that they are going in the right direction. This is where my responsibility begins as a psychic reader and future forecaster.
However, sometimes when I share with people the divine messages and spiritual guidance meant for them, their response is confused or doubtful. “Uhm, I don’t see that happening,” they might say. Or, “I cannot imagine how such an outcome could be possible.”
Well, of course, you won’t see it right now! The future hasn’t happened yet. One cannot see a distant curve in the path ahead, until you actually reach it.
Psychic predictions often make less sense in the present than it ultimately will in the future. If we wish to probe the future, we must also be open to trusting the process and have the necessary faith that Spirit, God, Source, Universe, the Divine always has our best interest at heart. All will unfold as it must in divine time for our highest good.
It is also insightful to understand and heal the past, and be fully aware of what influences are happening right now, in this moment, so we can figure out how to proceed into the future, better comprehend the changes coming, to get there more easily, and to be steady and ready.
In One Ear, And Out the Other
We have all had a frustrating conversation with someone that was just not listening at all. I call it ‘the lights are on, but nobody is home’ conversations. In my opinion the world would be a better place if we all communicate more clearly, sincerely, and kindly.
I have one friend with whom it is very easy to tell that she has checked out of a conversation. She gets that blank look in her eyes, vaguely staring into the distance, drifting off into her own thoughts. Then it becomes utterly pointless to continue the conversation with her, as I might as well be talking to myself.
One sure way to tell if a person has checked out of the conversation is when they keep checking their phone. How rude is that? What could possible be on that phone screen that is so much more important than a heartfelt, meaningful conversation with a friend?
During the pandemic, I did not see one of my best friends for more than two years. When we finally met up after all this time, she spent most of our time together checking her phone messages and scrolling her social media feeds. I guess I missed her company more, than she did mine.
Of course, we all ‘space out’ in conversation sometimes, but if it happens constantly then it may be time to find out why? One of the biggest challenges in any relationship is when people feel they are not being heard. Clear communication, sincere interest, and active listening are vital ingredients in a caring, supportive relationship.
Another important aspect in any conversation is our tone of voice. It is often not what we say, but how say it that matters most. It is always amazing to me when I hear someone talk to strangers in a manner and tone of voice that is much kinder and more sincere, than the tone they use with the people closest to them.
