A Farewell Message From My Father
My father passed away, two weeks before Christmas, five years ago. My older brother Mike was sitting next to my dad in his room at the hospice when it happened. I was three counties away at the time, but on my way there.
Mike later told us that my father suddenly sat up in his bed. His eyes were wide open, as he looked up and pointed to the ceiling. He said that the heavens were calling him and that an angel was on his way to take him away. My father then took his last breath. Continue reading
Seven Types Of Psychic Ability
In the psychic world we often refer to the seven “clairs” when discussing psychic abilities. “Clair” is French for “clear.” In the mortal, mundane world, we receive messages via text, email, or in person all the time. In the psychic realm there are almost infinite numbers of ways to send and receive messages, and if you’re gifted with one of the “clairs” as some people are, you will know this.
While we as humans only have five senses, there are believed to be seven basic types of psychic ability: clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, clairtangency, clairscent, clairgustance, and claircognizance.

Ghostly Phone Calls From Grandpa
My wife’s side of the family did not really believe in the paranormal. But that changed when my wife’s grandfather passed away in 2010. After the funeral my father in-law asked me if I would help him paint grandpa’s house, before they put it up for sale.
Soon after we arrived there, my father in-law came up from the basement with a funny look on his face. I asked him what had happened and he said it smelled like sawdust downstairs. The smell was exactly the same as it used to be when his father was doing his carpentry in the basement. When we went to bed I had a hard time sleeping and I remember looking at the clock. The time was 2:30 am. When I rolled over I could see the living room light on. I thought maybe someone got up and forgot to turn the light off, so I got up and turned it off. Continue reading
Get To Know Your Gatekeeper
When I was a little boy, my mother used to tell me that I needed to get to know my gatekeeper. I was already praying to God, but she wanted me to be more aware.
She would sit me down and explain that God was overseeing everything in the Universe and that everyone was given assignments to fulfill, from the Guardian Angels all the way down to humans. And God has assigned to each of us a gatekeeper.
At the time I didn’t understand all that much, or even cared to be honest. But throughout my life’s journey I have learned not only more about myself and my mission in this lifetime, but I have also come to understand how important it is to be connected to a higher consciousness. Continue reading
The Sun Will Rise Again
The world seems to be fighting against us. Just as soon as we get out of the bitterest cold winter of our lives, we are hit with extreme heats, tornadoes, storms. Thor, on his winged horse, has ridden through… angry, wild, crazed, keeping all of us on our toes.
In our lives, in our relationships, we have all sorts of weather as well. These ups and downs, the setbacks, the craziness of life and love sometimes make us feel that the Sun has left us forever. It seems as if even the clouds try to cover up its warmth, heat, its nurturing, smiling face. Yet, the Sun always rises to bring light to a new day.
The bright light of the sun shows all in truth, both the harsh and good. Although we can’t see him behind the tornado, behind the storm, he is there. Behind the darkening clouds that overshadow all the light, that trouble the skies with lightening, thunder, and rain, the Sun remains like the Most High Spirit of Light. He is still there. Taking Pictures Of Orbs
Taking pictures might give you a better understanding of what kinds of orbs you might have in your house. It’s hard to see an orb with the naked eye. At times it might just be dust floating around in the sunlight, or a reflection. Taking pictures is far more constructive.
You don’t need a camera that costs a lot to take pictures of orbs. The cheap digital I often use cost only twenty dollars, and it also takes videos that I can download to the computer.
So, when you have your camera, where do you start? If you have animals watch their behavior to see if they act differently, for example when they keep looking up to the ceiling in a certain area of the house. Always have your camera nearby. Continue reading
Connecting To Your Higher Self
Frequently in my readings these days, I feel my clients are fragmented; rather like jigsaw characters. I describe this as being ‘disconnected from the source of their being’. This is a common occurrence lately, as we find ourselves tugged in different directions, striving to multitask, whilst juggling our time and resources. Where did the balance of work, rest, play and sleep go?
We find it hard to accept delays and yet, there are times when we need to be still. Frustration or impatience doesn’t help our desired changes to unfold. That situation we are hoping for, or that person we really want to meet, may not be ready for us just yet. Continue reading
