Avoid Those Who Drain Your Energy
A man I spoke to recently told me he’d opted to be a loner, because people always wanted something from him. “People either want money from me, or they want to bend my ear with their problems,” he said.
I’ve noticed a significant increase in customers asking me lately just how they can go about protecting their energy fields. This tells me that individuals are becoming very aware of how they are being affected by others, who bring negativity into their home or work environment. They come home from work, not exhausted from labor, but from what is often called a “toxic work environment”. The Fourth Chakra
The fourth chakra, or Anahata is located in the heart center. It is symbolized by a circular flower and 12 green petals called heart-mind. The animal totems of the fourth chakra are the antelope, dove and nightingale. The musical note that resonates with this chakra is “F”. This is considered the heart chakra and love chakra.
The color is green. It rules the shoulders, heart, blood circulation, upper back and lungs. Foods to stimulate the fourth chakra include Lettuce, kale, zucchini, spinach and all green vegetables. The corresponding gland is the Thymus. Physically, Anahata governs the immune system, all blood related issues and circulation. Mentally it governs connection with others’ personal power, while emotionally it governs empathy, compassion, romance, friendship and family love, and spiritually it directs unconditional love. The first person any of us learns to love is our self. And that’s how it should be, even if many of us forget how to do that somewhere along the way.
We live in a culture which is often harsh, judgmental, and narrow-minded, causing many of us to stop loving ourselves. Everyone has had a time when they felt “less than”, or imperfect. This becomes a snowball effect where we gradually put ourselves down all the time. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
How can we expect to show love for anyone else if we do not first love ourselves? So many of us think of love as an abstract “thing.” Love is not a thing; it’s an action. For The Love Of William
Some time ago a friend asked me to come to her parents’ house, because they felt their home in Kirkersville, Ohio, may be haunted. The property and area has a rich history going back to the early settlers, and it even served as a battlefield during the Civil War. I have been to this house before to investigate a possible haunting, but this time around there was a different type of energy present. She was female, and she was in distress.
Every time I do a ghost hunt in a house, I talk to the occupants first to see what was possibly going on and how long they have been experiencing the disturbances. It appeared in this case that the trouble started when they broke ground for a new house they were planning to build. Continue reading

All’s Well That Ends Well
Psychic reading clients need to understand that at times psychics can be off on the timing, when a client asks for a date during a reading. It has happened many times that I would predict a date or offer a timeline that only came to pass a while later, or even sooner.
I know it is hard on the client sometimes, because they want that person to come back soon, or they want a problem that is causing them anxiety to be resolved. I always try my best to give an accurate date when a client asks for it. But time frames are hard to read and seldom exact.
