Love Many, Trust Few
There are few people you can trust to tell your innermost secrets. Be careful who you choose as your close companions. I have many clients who have trusted people they thought were able to keep a secret or just be discreet as a friend. When you share your problems and concerns randomly with those that you might deem “confidants”, they sometimes will let down, or give you bad advice.
I have personally learned through experience to not share sensitive personal information with just anyone. Trust me, you will save yourself a bunch of grief in the long run. But that does not mean we should never talk or open up to anyone. Sometimes silence can be our worst enemy. There are times in life when we have to reach out and talk to someone! The key is to choose wisely who you confide in. We must all learn the fine art of loving many, but trusting few. That is the way to go. Continue reading

Meeting Your Spirit Guide
Having a Spirit Guide who is there to constantly help and support you can be one of the greatest assets available to all of us. If you are already familiar with your guide, I am sure you would assure others how beneficial this can be. It is not difficult to connect with your own Spirit Guide. It takes only a few quiet moments of meditative visualization… and the rest is easy.
The first thing you need to do is to close your eyes and prepare yourself for an enjoyable journey. Picture yourself outside an enclosed garden with one entrance and one exit. The garden is on a raised platform with steps leading up to it, and it contains the most beautiful array of magnificent flowers that you can imagine. Approach the first step up into the garden. As you place your feet on the first step, take a deep breath and then exhale. Now step up to the second step, take a deep breath and exhale. Ways To Identify Your Life Purpose
Are you struggling to find your own particular niche in this existence? Why did you come here? What is your life purpose? There are a many clues easily available to you if you care to look:
1. Ask at least ten people you know what they think your greatest strength is.
2. Write down all the things you love to do, even if it something bizarre like brushing hair, doing nails, walking the dog. Make yourself come up with at least twenty things you enjoy, then narrow those down to ten, and finally down to five. This will at least begin to give some insight into your interests and desires.
3. Ask yourself some basic questions like: do you prefer to work indoors or outdoors; if money were no object would you be doing what you are doing now; and do you prefer to work with people, animals or the environment? If you choose people, would that be adults, seniors, children, teenagers, or the general population. Continue reading
Is Your Texting Pushing Men Away ?
A client recently called me about a new and promising relationship. She has a long history of dating men who show the promise of a potential long-term relationship, who then suddenly disappear or unexpectedly break up with her after few months.
It was immediately apparent to me that texting played a detrimental role in her dating woes. Misunderstandings due to texting have ruined the romantic, family and friendship relationships of many people I have worked with. This client was no different. Reading her energy I instantly perceived that she tends to push men away by panicking unnecessarily. Men can smell panic and it is a total turn off. It’s also stressful and will not change the outcome of a situation for the better. Excessive obsession, panic and worry will not bring someone closer to you. Walking With Angels
There are an infinite number of angels and guardian spirits in the spirit realms, and all of us have at least one such being whose purpose it is to guide, nurture, and protect us in our daily lives. They are there at our call. So how do we go about contacting them?
Our angels cannot help us unless we ask them. We have to make time to speak to them, and it is best to choose a regular time and method to do this. Some of us may feel more comfortable speaking aloud; others may prefer to journal, or silently meditate. Whatever we choose, our angels will hear us.
As we make this a practice in our lives, we get to know them better, including their name, their appearance, their aura. The better we know a person, the easier it is to speak to them; the same is true of our guardian angels. Don’t be frustrated if you are just beginning this practice. The Misunderstood Ouija Board
The most misunderstood item in the diviner’s toolbox is probably the Ouija board. Since its invention the debate continues to this day whether this famous item is merely a game, a glimpse into our subconscious, a gateway into the spirit realms, or even an “instrument of evil.”
Like any channeling object or psychic tool, the Ouija board must be used with great care and respect. Its origins go back to the late 19th century and the practice of spiritualism, or séances to connect with loved ones who had passed on.
