Cats Are Great Spiritual Teachers
When I think of the word love I think of my two cats. I have two cats and love them dearly. Most of the people I know also own cats, but we all seem to agree that we don’t really own our cats… our cats own us. We also agree that our lives are better, sweeter and more peaceful with our sweet precious cats. I feel a home isn’t truly a home unless there is a cat that dwells in it.
Cats are highly intuitive and very sensitive. They sense energy and can pick up on static electricity, ultrasonic sounds and changes in vibration. No Message From The Other Side?
Why don’t I receive any contact from my loved one on the other side? This is a frequently asked question which often comes my way. I don’t always have an answer, but often the truth is that the questioner is either anxious, or wanting it so much that they are blocking the reason for their question.
Sometimes people will say they’ve begged the deceased to give them evidence of their survival, and to just let them know that they are happy and healed from any emotional or physical trauma they knew on this side of the veil. At times, the messages from their loved ones, given to the messenger such as myself, are undeniable proof of their existence after death. Mediumship Is Not A Psychic Sideshow
Mediumship presented as entertainment is a double-edged sword. The media hype generated by psychic television shows, and live stage performances featuring celebrity mediums, has no doubt contributed much to an increased public awareness of mediumship. It has liberated spiritualism from the stereotype of the 19th century séance by bringing the work of the psychic medium into the public domain, and into mainstream pop culture.
But does mediumship as an entertainment genre do spiritualism and the daily work of psychics any real justice? I am certainly not a purist. Neither am I a traditionalist when it comes to spiritual matters. I tend to shy away from any form of fundamentalism or fanaticism. Peace Is To Be Found Right Here
Sunday being my day off from my daily job, I finally decided to spend a few hours at the lake. Born and raised on an island, water has always brought me peace and clarity. It is small lake, about 15 minutes from my house. Unfortunately, it being a Sunday, was not the ideal time to seek peace here.
It was a really nice dry sunny day, which brought many people to the water on the same mission. The park was too crowded to find any inner peace. So, I left after an hour and decided to make my own lake! I had an old tub sitting in my back yard awaiting a new lease of life. Connect With Your Passion
We have all read those inspiring quotes about finding your passion, and living your best life doing what you love. It is however sometimes not that easy for all of us to really know what we are meant to do. This is where psychic readings can be useful. An intuitive can often tell right away what a person would be good at or what would make them happy.
Life can become cluttered with negative emotions, such as worry, tension, fear, depression and anxiety. Sometimes it can be chemical, something hormonal, and sometimes it can be because we are going against the grain and stuck in lives we dislike and jobs we don’t enjoy. Ways To Identify Your Life Purpose
Are you struggling to find your own particular niche in this existence? Why did you come here? What is your life purpose? There are a many clues easily available to you if you care to look:
1. Ask at least ten people you know what they think your greatest strength is.
2. Write down all the things you love to do, even if it something bizarre like brushing hair, doing nails, walking the dog. Make yourself come up with at least twenty things you enjoy, then narrow those down to ten, and finally down to five. This will at least begin to give some insight into your interests and desires.
3. Ask yourself some basic questions like: do you prefer to work indoors or outdoors; if money were no object would you be doing what you are doing now; and do you prefer to work with people, animals or the environment? If you choose people, would that be adults, seniors, children, teenagers, or the general population. Continue reading
