We have officially entered Springtime and the winds of change are blowing in. Along with change comes new beginnings, and with new beginnings comes excitement, trepidation, and often times fear. We may be thinking about the many potential opportunities a new beginning brings, but, also may worry about any challenges or obstacles the future may hold.

Spirituality is unique to every individual. Some people experience an overwhelming feeling of the Divine within, while some do not get any feeling whatsoever. Many clients ask me how they can get closer to God, or connect with spirit, or even get that feeling of serene tranquility while meditating.

When Angels Approach
It’s no surprise that angels are always around. After all, they are immortal, timeless, and beyond time and space as we know it. They come to guide and comfort us in the times of our greatest need, without even being asked.
But how do we know when they’re especially near? Do they appear in the ways we’re used to seeing in movies and television shows? Not quite. It’s a little more subtle than that.
Look for the signs. One object automatically associated with angels is, of course, feathers. Yes, they do have wings! If you start to find feathers, especially soft, downy white or grey ones, in places they wouldn’t ordinarily be found, that’s clue number one. The same is true for random sparks, or flames. Stuck? Time To Clear The Clutter!
My life is running in reverse right now – or so it seems. My energy is low and it is affecting my health. I took the time to sit today and ask my guides, “What am I missing here? I have been doing what you asked, helping others, being there for those that need me and working towards my goals and my highest good. Why are these things hitting me right now to knock me down again?”
The answer I received was eye opening and so simple. “Sheri, it is time to clear the clutter, so you can move forward again.”

Set Your Intentions For The Highest Good
A message I just received from a friend and colleague, prompted me to write this blog. In a previous message to her, I had mentioned how my partner and I hadn’t quite nailed our niche place to settle, even after a major cross continent move over two years ago. She replied that over the past two years she has come to the conclusion that, despite her deep spiritual beliefs, the world has gone crazy. She is battling to find a reason why she is here, after all of her struggles and heartache.
So many spiritual teachings, including those found in A Course In Miracles, speak of how everything is just an illusion. How do we know what is real? How often have we have stopped to consider this? Being exposed to so much of what is going on around us, not just locally, but globally through social and other media, makes us question all the more. Balancing Your Chakras With Flower Power
I have great faith in the emotional healing power of plants, their oils and how they can have a powerful effect on your well-being. The amazing healing properties of flowers, in particular, can be used to activate our body’s energy centers, otherwise known as the chakras.
Root Chakra
Known as Muladhara, you will find this particular chakra at your spine’s base. Consider it, if you would, the very plug that connects you to the life force of the Earth herself and assists you to remain grounded. When this chakra is in balance, you should feel secure and stable. Should it become imbalanced, however, you may feel somewhat stuck (or lost) in life and find yourself focusing on subjects that do not serve your greatest interests. Continue reading
