Lucid Dreaming – Create Your Own Adventures
Almost all of us have experienced a dream that seemed exceedingly real. These dreams can be so vivid that when we awaken we sometimes question whether it had actually happened, or not? Maybe you won the lottery in your dream, or met a favorite celebrity. These dreams can be so pleasing that we immediately wish we can repeat the experience. The truth is, we can!
As with any form of meditation or creative visualization, it takes practice and dedication to do dream work and experience lucid dreams. The most important thing to do, as we take this journey, is to keep a dream diary. Keep it by your bedside and record everything you can when you wake up from a dream. Because our most vivid dreams tend to take place before waking, we tend to remember the most at this time. Every detail is important, especially if you hope to repeat the dream later! Vision Board Magic
I am more and more pleasantly surprised at the number of clients who are making their own vision boards with great success these days. Yet, I still suggest creating a vision board to many customers who feel it is their lot in life to be poor, unhappy, lonely, or cheated on by a partner.
Often people don’t even realize the extent to which they affirm the negative. I find myself cringing, because in essence they are confirming that the things they really don’t want is part of their destiny. So, for starters, I usually ask them to observe their dialogue and to focus on replacing any negatives and ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ with a positive. My Experience With Aura Chakra Resonanz Imaging
The first time I had an aura and chakra scan done, I caused quite a bit of bewilderment for the practitioner.
My wife and I went to a psychic convention in downtown Columbus, Ohio, where they had several booths and stalls set-up offering a variety of metaphysical services and products. It is here that I had the opportunity to try out the Aura Chakra Resonanz Imaging system. This computerized system uses biofeedback sensors to capture the emotional and energy states displayed by your chakras and aura. Keep Calm And Blog On!
I have been doing psychic readings now for many, many moons. A favorite piece of advice I have been sharing with my clients over the years is to write stuff down when you are stressed. Just get it on paper, in any way, shape or form that you can!
When you feel depressed, distressed, angry or anxious, simply grab a pen or pencil and express how you feel. Write a letter, or some poetry, post your thoughts on the Facebook, or even blog about it. Expressing feelings in written words can be a huge relief and allows you to get them out of your system and release toxic emotions.
When you write how you feel, you are also letting it go. Many clients have expressed to me that they actually feel lighter and less stressed or anxious after writing a note to God or a short poem. Continue reading
Being In Your Element
A former work associate, whom I hadn’t heard from in several years, recently called me to touch base. She asked me how I was doing and out popped my words: “I am in my element! I am working from home, doing what I love and surrounded by my menagerie of many”.
After we ended the call, I began analyzing what I had just said, and just what “being in my element” really meant, because it isn’t a term I use regularly. It made me more aware of how I had specifically set my intention and manifested the actual circumstances I wanted to work in, even though, right now, I am in the process of manifesting them on another continent! The Second Chakra
The second chakra, or Swadhisthana is located just under the navel. It is symbolized by a white lotus flower or crescent moon. The animal totem of the second chakra is the crocodile and the musical note that resonates with this chakra is “D”. This is considered the sacral chakra.
The color of the second chakra is orange. Foods to stimulate the second chakra include oranges, apricots, carrots, and cantaloupe.
Physically, Swadisthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm. This energy is also where we tap into our creativity and pleasure. It rules the reproductive organs and the corresponding gland is the sexual endocrine glands. This chakra helps to balance our spirituality and sexuality, and is also the area in the body where we hold blockages relating to sexual trauma. Continue reading
Discover Your Higher Self
The Higher Self has taken on many names: Nirvana, Ascended State, Total Consciousness, and many more. But what does it really mean to be connected with our higher self?
As most of us only use a tiny fraction of our brain’s potential, so do we also connect with a small piece of our inner spiritual selves. Modern science has shown us that there are infinite numbers of dimensions and countless invisible realms. And that is our higher self! It is the part of us that engages in the spiritual, unseen worlds.
When we are able to properly tap into this greatest part of ourselves, amazing things can happen. On a daily basis, we may, unaware, receive flashes of inspiration, creative bursts, lucid dreams, and knowing that something will happen. What we call “coincidence” or déjà vu is our higher self at work. We are not physical beings having spiritual experiences, but the opposite.
