Spiritual Awakening, Now What?
A few years ago, in the time leading up to 2012, I wrote a blog post about the symptoms of spiritual awakening. Well, here we are in 2014 and some of us are wondering what to do now?
Some of us feel as though we didn’t make it. Some of us are wondering if we made it, but don’t know it? Some feel as though they have awakened, but have hit a plateau and are unsure of what to do next.
All of these examples are types of plateaus we must face in our diverse journeys. I can only offer advice on what I have personally dealt with and come to embrace in my own.
Not Everyone Chooses The Path Of Healing – Part 2
Being a Virgo, a healer and a seer, it can often times be very burdensome to remote view loved ones and see the terrible things going on in their lives, and not being able to go in and help them. How To Heal A Broken Heart
It can be very difficult to heal from a broken heart. It is no accident that there are so many sad songs written about lost love, and so many stories in magazines and on talk shows about failed love relationships. Many self-help experts proclaim they have the true answer to how to heal a broken heart.
I know from personal experience that it can be one of the hardest things in life to understand and overcome. When I had my heart broken, I used music in healing process, because I could relate what the song was about. The Powerful Magic Of Being Authentic
If anyone were to ask me what the highlight of my life has been thus far, I would not even need a nanosecond to think about it. It is the easiest question I could ever answer. The most profound moment for me simply was the day I discovered the true power of authenticity. It was the day I discovered me.
Since that day, the quest for authenticity has completely altered my life. Like a Columbus of the heart, mind and soul I have hurled myself off the shores of my own fears and limiting beliefs, to venture far out into the uncharted territories of my inner truth in search of what it means to be genuine and at peace with who I really am. The Gift Of Traumatic Life Experiences
It never ceases to amaze me how much I learn from clients every day. More and more clients also show me how they have found ‘the gift’ in their own personal challenges and heartbreak.
One of my clients had a very abusive childhood, and two subsequent abusive marriages. She told me recently how she wrote each of her ex-husbands a detailed letter. She thanked them for the gift they had given her; the growth she had experienced from the myriad of ‘not so happy experiences’ during her life journey with them. Was she playing the victim or merely expressing her anger to them? No, she absolutely meant it.
She also talked about more recent failed relationships and the many gifts derived from knowing deep rejection all the way through to sabotage. And now, finally, she has met a guy who appears to be her ideal mate – she is ready to surrender and enjoy the experience, wherever it takes her. Now she can enjoy the gift of shared love. Substance Abuse Destroys Relationships
How much time have you put into your relationship? How much time, effort and in many cases money? Sometimes it comes down to this: is your partner worth your time and energy? Are they affecting your time with God, your children, your parents? Are you distancing yourself from those you love the most, because you are not happy in your relationship? Are you getting from your relationship what you need to feel connected to the divine spark within you?
Often times we date, marry and have children; then our spouses disconnect, they find that time with their friends is more important. They shift their priorities to the vices or hobbies of their friends and their most intimate relationship begins to suffer. Continue reading
