Paranormal Encounters At The Old White House
For some time my wife and I had been looking for a new home. Being psychic has always been helpful when one goes house hunting. Growing up in haunted home, I am always very cautious about the properties we consider. Experience has taught me that it is not always the house itself that is haunted – it can also be the land that the house is built on.
Currently we live in the countryside. Yes, we do have one traffic light, and yes, we do have a chicken stand. We wanted to look for something that would offer us a brand new beginning. We have gone through many realtors, of whom none had the patience for us to find the right house.
My wife eventually found a lady named Alice, from another town. When we met her, we told her we wanted a good size house with some land and an outbuilding to run a small business. I told Alice that I did psychic readings and when I walk into a house I could pick up on any spiritual energy that may be present. My Magic Wand
It is said that “the wand chooses its master” and this is the story of how my wand came to be with me.
Several years ago I worked as a full-time reader at an area psychic store. I loved my job and my clients. The location was perfect and I looked forward to going to work every day. One special day, however, was the start of my journey towards receiving my magic wand.
It started as a normal day with clients coming in to see me, psychic readings to do, and books to marvel at and glance through. I’d had lunch and was sitting in my room preparing for the afternoon’s arrivals, when I heard the jingle of the front door.
I knew, somehow, that the jingle was meant for me, although I wasn’t expecting anyone for at least another hour. So, I got up and walked towards the front of the store and there was a short, and forgive me for saying it, rather unattractive and ordinary looking man standing there looking at me. He appeared ordinary until you looked into his eyes. They contained wisdom – and something more. Contact After Death – How Long Does It Take?
I have been asked how long it takes a soul, recently crossed over, to come back and connect with a loved one. This is particularly a concern for those souls who depart in a violent manner or through illness, and often at a young age.
I’ve learned through experience that the actual time in our Earth time can be different from soul to soul. It tends to depend on the belief system of the person prior to them returning to spirit, because if they didn’t believe there would be a time of ‘orientation’ to their new surrounds.
Sometimes people will come to me for a mediumship reading hoping to connect with a loved one who recently passed away, and they would be disappointed when they don’t get any messages from the individual they had hoped to connect with. The Blind Lady Who Looked At Pictures
An old friend of mine, who I have not heard from in a long time, called me recently and left a message on my voice mail to call him back. When I checked my messages I was surprised to hear from him after so many years.
I asked him how he got my number, since I have not talked to him for so long. Apparently he ran into my brother John at the gas station and asked him for my number. We made some small talk at first, and then told me he had some sad news – Sharon had passed away.
Sharon is my cousin and I was very shocked to hear this! But he quickly realized his mistake and pointed out that it was in fact not my cousin; he was referring to Sharon “the blind lady with the pictures”. Oh man, I have not seen her since my childhood, I exclaimed. Continue reading
Mediumship And Family Life
Being around a gifted family does help your spiritual energy grow and the feeling of support and mutual understanding that we share, when we are all together, is truly wonderful.
Last year we moved into a new house. We started noticing that every once in a while we would hear noises and we had no idea where they were coming from. Sometimes it would be as simple as the sound of someone hitting the wall, and other times it sounded like someone walking up and down the stairs.

Magical Thinking
Magical thinking is a common trait found among all children all over the world, between the ages of approximately two until seven years of age. This time frame is also known as the ‘pre-operational stage’ of child development and it is the period in our early life when we increasingly explore our environment, and gradually learn to distinguish between ‘fantasy’ and ‘reality’.
Children at this age initially have all kinds of imaginative ideas and magical interpretations of the world, in order to make sense of their external and internal reality. At this age we still believe that we can grow wings and learn to fly; or that animals can talk and sing; or that our shadow is a magical person following us around; or that the Sun goes to sleep in the ocean; that there is a man living in the Moon; or that the wind, the clouds and the trees notice us and obey our instructions. The Calling Cards Of Spirit Whispers
I was thirteen years old, and out walking with my father when he said, “I want to talk to you about something”. I thought, “Oh no, is this going to be a talk about the birds and the bees!” And then he began, not a talk about the facts of life, but a little chat about what he called ‘The Spooks’.
My dad spoke about his conversion from atheist to spiritualist some ten years earlier. He told me how my mother had taken a bet with him and he lost. Losing meant he would have to accompany her to a spiritualist church in London. He went to the spiritualist church one Sunday night when Joseph Benjamin, a well-known medium, was on the platform.
Even standing right at the back didn’t stop this medium homing in on my father with a message from his recently deceased father. The message blew my dad away, especially when through Joseph Benjamin he was getting told off by his father about the way the tools he’d inherited were rusting away with neglect in the shed, amongst other things.
