Healthy Boundaries – A Message From My Guides
It is okay to say no. As a matter of fact, it is imperative to learn to say no, and stick with it. We observe that many of you try to be all things to all people. You run yourselves ragged, physically and emotionally, trying to please other people.
You put others ahead of yourselves and then become frustrated and angry when you have no time left for your own personal lives. This is exhausting, stressful and becomes completely unrealistic over time.
The challenge in setting healthy personal boundaries often arises when it becomes difficult to prioritize your own needs and desires against the expectations of others. Since when do these people rule your roost? Since when are their expectations more valid or important than your own peace of mind, ideas or schedules? Everything Happens For A Reason
As we wander through life we encounter many roadblocks, many stumbling blocks and many disappointments. There are many questions that arise as we walk our path. At times it feels like the entire world is against us.
This is simply an illusion that we create in our humanness. Spirit does not want you to fail in your life. Spirit does not want you to be unhappy. Spirit does not want you to live a pauper’s life. However, so many people blame God, Spirit, the Universe, or other people for the situations they are in and cannot get past.
It is time to sit down, take a look at all that has happened to you and discover two things about each situation: why did it happen and what was the lesson you learned from it? As you look at the examples of pain, suffering or disappointment in your life, what do you see?
For example, you have been with the love of your life for many years, married, children and one day you wake up and that partner has left you for another person. What could you have done to prevent this? What could you have done differently? Why were you not enough? Who Is Your Soul Family?
When we hear the term ‘soulmate,’ we usually think of romance. But did you know you have an entire soul family here on Earth? Who are these people, and how do we find them?
Your soul family are those people you’ve probably known over many lifetimes, and whose auras and experiences are similar to your own. When you meet one, you may find yourself drawn to him or her, even if there are differences in background, age, or culture.
As with all good friends, a soul family member will instinctively understand and support you. When you meet for the first time, you might have a conversation that lasts for hours. And you’ll always be happy to see them, even on your worst days. It’s almost like being in love, but purely platonic…though you might wish you could marry the person, even when they’re not your preferred romantic gender. Continue reading

Color therapy is a well-established practice when it comes to putting right what could be wrong in our lives – be it emotional or physical. The ways in which we can make use of color are broad and varied.
For example, we can wear color in our clothes and jewelry, burn gorgeous colored candles, cook beautifully colored foods, work with color while meditating and even bathe in color when we so wish.
Color therapy can also be beneficially applied in our romantic life. So, whether your are single or in a relationship, why not consider applying a little color therapy magic to your romantic life?

When you were born, there was a deep-seeded dream placed within you. Some of us, as children, were able to draw on it just knowing that we wanted to be a fireman, astronaut or ballerina. I’m A Perfect Five On A Scale Of One To Ten
I’m a perfect ‘five’ on a scale of one to ten… and I love it! When we learn to be a five, we’re relishing the right to be okay, yet not to have to be a perfect ten. We would all like to be absolutely perfect. Yet, no one is. We would like our heroes, our crushes, our partners to be ‘the one’ by fulfilling all our needs, but we forget that in order for that to be, we too have to be a perfect ‘ten.’ Still, and perhaps, sadly, no one is.
The worst part is, when our beloved tries to change, we often doubt them. We wonder why he said this, or why he didn’t do that, because he always did before! We shouldn’t ask for changes if we don’t really want them. Changes hurt, just as pulling the splinter out sometimes hurts. It causes us to bleed, but in order to heal, the splinter has to come out. Is There Such A Thing As Destiny?
During a recent visit to my dentist, Daniella, I managed to ask her a couple of questions about her background. For obvious reasons one rarely gets a chance to say much to one’s dentist!
Daniella is a very professional, natural young woman, and I asked her how she ended up studying dentistry in Spain, as I knew she’d spent her early years in England. Her father is Spanish and her mom is English, and this prompted me to ask how her mom and dad met.
I must admit, the first thing that would come to most people’s minds is that Daniella’s mom might have fallen in love with a young, dark and handsome young Spaniard, whilst holidaying in Spain in the Seventies. It wasn’t like that at all. Continue reading
