Perhaps the most famous premonitions are those of Michel de Nostradamus – the reputed seer that we still speak of around the world today.

Nostradamus discovered his special gifts at an early age and began to predict birth dates and the sex of unborn children. He was also summoned by Catherine de Medici (King Henry II’s queen) to read astrological charts as an unofficial court advisor.

Nostradamus foresaw World War II, JFK’s assassination, and the fall of communism. Nostradamus also gave the date of the French Revolution as 1789 and correctly predicted the execution of the King and Queen. He predicted World War I, prophesying cruelty and terror by land, in the sea and air. Nostradamus was puzzled by visions of airplanes describing them as “a flock of ravens high in the air, and throwing fire from the sky on the cities and on the soldiers below.” He named the King of Bulgaria “fair haired Ferdinand”, foresaw the collapse of the Turkish Empire, the independence of Hungary, Bohemia and Poland, as well as the enlargement of Romania and the creation of Yugoslavia. Many great minds have been fascinated by the mysterious depth and magical accuracy of astrology. Sir Isaac Newton (perhaps one of the greatest intellects to have graced our planet) once had the following exchange with Edmund Halley:

Edmund Halley: “Why do you believe in Astrology?”

Sir Isaac Newton: “I have studied the subject, Mr. Halley. You have not!”

Benjamin Franklin, Carl Jung, and Galileo also believed in astrology. It is the world’s oldest science as reflected by this quote from Joanne Martine Woolfolk:

“The Study of the Sun, the Moon, stars, eclipses, day and night, began well before recorded history.  There are reindeer bones and tusks of mammoths from the Ice Age that have notches carved on them picturing the phases of the Moon.  These bones and tusks are dated between 25,000 and 10,000 B.C., and some scientists place them as long ago as 32,000 B.C.!” Read the rest of this entry »

A US poll revealed that 75% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 25 believe in the existence of angels.

There are many documented cases of angelic encounters. Jodi Leary’s young boy nearly drowned in a swimming pool. After resuscitation, he reported having seen an angel. Estal Vera was hit by an ice cream truck, only to see an angel appear by her side. Despite her serious injuries, she experienced no pain.

I was collaborating with angel intuitive and medium Michael Lott recently on a social networking page for public mediumship events. We talked about using a photograph of us together, but then realized that we don’t currently have one, so we decided to use an image of Archangel Michael. I learned from a great documentary that 4% of US military pilots have been responsible for 40% of successful missions since the First World War. So how is that these ‘super pilots’ have uncannily accurate powers of precognitive awareness? The air force calls it “Exceptional Situational Awareness”. I call it Extra Sensory Perception (ESP).

Doctor Dean Radin has proven our ability to sense the future by testing emotional response to pictures. When emotional pictures were shown in his experiments, the subject experienced an increase in skin conductance. When calm pictures were shown, skin conductance decreased. In his study, Dr. Radin proved that skin conductance increases in anticipation of emotional images four seconds before they are shown, proving that we are able to sense the future.

If you have read my blog posts before you will probably know that I am fascinated by evidence of the soul’s continued existence. The presence, love and insight that we can receive from the spirit world never cease to amaze me.

I have been fortunate enough to receive more than enough evidence to substantiate my innate certainty that we are part of something much bigger. Nonetheless, I am always searching for more concrete evidence of mediumship and the afterlife to comfort and uplift others.

There is perhaps no better evidence of our loved ones’ continued life in the spirit world than that provided by Coral Polge. Born in Britain, Coral was a world renowned psychic artist who drew astoundingly accurate artwork of spirit and travelled the world sharing her gift.

A friend of mine mentioned the Aberfan coal landslide to me during a telephone conversation last week. I remember both my grandmother and school teachers telling stories of this disaster when I as a child in North Wales. So, I decided to read a little more about this tragic event.

It is reported that 28 adults and 116 children were killed on October 21^st, 1966 when coal waste fell down the mountain covering the local school. I discovered that surveys after the event revealed approximately 200 cases of premonitions of the looming disaster.

A premonition is a prophetic and impressionable forewarning of a future event. Abraham Lincoln’s premonition in dream state about his own assassination is a famous example. The great Russian Psychic Wolfgang Messing also had a strong premonition of impending doom during a visit to Ashkhabad. He cut his trip short and cancelled his demonstrations. If you have not experimented with automatic writing, I encourage you to do so. This is the process of producing material that originates from the spirit world, rather than our individual consciousness. It is a great way to access and download poetry, music, philosophy, and all manner of beauty from spirit.

The following is an example of some automatic writing that I channeled at 10 years of age:

They are cyclical, representing a constant and assured progression towards renewal and rebirth – an unquestioning and reassuring routine that governs all.
