Recently, I tried to remember what the most profound spiritual encounter in my life has been to date. It’s quite a hard thing to choose, because spiritual things happen to me almost daily.

I live in a beautiful home on the south coast of England. I am aware that at times there is a spirit in my house, which reacts in different ways. For many years, my rubbish bin would move every day. I have also witnessed the whole lid being tilted off its position. Now that was creepy! I have also had note pads flung on the floor, trying to get my attention!

I think the most amazing thing I experienced was with the hanging piece of crystal over my kitchen table, by the window.  One day, when myself and my guy were seated in my main living room, it started spinning wildly. We said out loud, “if you can hear us spirit, please stop the crystal”. Guess what, it did.  “If you are there, please knock”. Again, it did. Now that kind of experience makes me go tingly. Read the rest of this entry »

Sometimes in life we know decisions are on the way, but it can take a long time for these to manifest at the right time, in the right way. How do we manage to wait for these amazing things to happen? Well, I guess it’s all down to patience.

I also feel it’s important to be confident in ourselves and stick to things we know we want to achieve. Unfortunately, along the way, many will fall back and go on a different route. This can be related to whether or not we move home, change our work or even change our partners.

In hindsight, I always advise people to take their time, because things have a habit of working out in a natural progression and order. I realize that at times we just can’t wait, but how do we reach that all important decision? Read the rest of this entry »

Moving on is sometimes a very hard decision. We all know that from time to time we need to make changes, but sometimes moving forwards just isn’t easy.

There might be one small thing we need to change, maybe as simple as a basic bank account, but we keep putting it off in order to make the right decision or choice.

At times it may be a much more complicated situation, such as leaving a partner behind, because we are not getting enough in return from that person. In this case it involves emotion, therefore it’s important not to do things in a hurry. I always try to be optimistic and look on the bright side of life. This is at a time in my life where I find I am gaining more confidence in myself, more than ever before. In the area where I live, which is made up of clusters of houses and a large section of farmland, we now find we are suddenly ‘on the map’.

Twitchers from all over the United Kingdom have suddenly descended upon Hordle. A twitcher is a compulsive bird watcher, who are willing to travellong distances to see rare species.

Why are the twitchers here? Because a very rare Eagle that has been sited in the area. The White-tailed Sea Eagle normally resides about a 1,000 miles away in Scotland. The eagle has a wing span of up to eight feet and is reputed to be the largest of all the European Eagles.  It is rarely seen south of the west coast of Scotland. Read the rest of this entry »

At the beginning of a new year it is traditional for psychics to provide predictions for the year ahead. So, here are my two cents on what will happen in the world in 2011.

The message I’m getting from my guides for this year came to me on the first day of January. I woke up knowing the following.

I believe 2011 will be one of those rare, special years. The outlook feels really positive to me, but I also do feel that people should make their own luck and happiness.  We should all aim to take a step forward to make our lives better this year.

Firstly, there will be heat waves during the summer months; even for us Brits as our climate will continue to be erratic, to say the least.

Have you ever stopped to think how significant the popular concept of stepping stones in our lives actually are?

From the first moment we come on to the Earth our whole life is mapped out with a series of stepping stones.

We are born and we take our first steps to a misty eyed mother. Stepping stone by stepping stone we grow and we become stronger.

We are meant to become stronger through our lifetime. Sometimes we take small steps and sometimes we take big steps.

I recently spotted a wonderful variety of double pink tulips at my local garden centre. I have never seen this kind before, and I decided I must buy some for myself, and for my half-sister, for Christmas.

Many years ago my father died at a very early age. At that time he would never have thought of pink tulips as being spiritually significant, but, because I instantly knew I was to purchase some for my half-sister, I knew that it was. After nearly 70 years I see these wonderful flowers and suddenly they had a real purpose and meaning. I only met my half-sister when her mother passed, and mine also. The secrets these two mothers shared, and held over two lifetimes, never prevented Judy and myself meeting. Neither did it prevent me from standing at my local garden centre, deciding to buy some lovely pink flowers for this amazing, long-lost family member I now have in my life.
