There Are Better Ways To Start Your Day!
At the end of your day, do you ever feel like you got up on the ‘wrong side of the bed”? Well, you probably did. Here are some suggestions to make the best of your day.
1. Each morning, before you go to work, do some sighing. Just sigh in different pitches, until you reach a higher pitch. The vibration of your sighing will put you in a higher and more positive place.
2. Try chanting.
3. Meditate or just spend some quiet time thinking about what you want your day to be like. That grouchy boss? Well, ignore him and concentrate on you being happy and unaffected by him.
4. Do deep breathing. Really expand your chest and inhale through your nose, then expel through your mouth, seeing light coming in when you inhale, and all the negative stuff going out.

5. Close off your solar plexus. Lace your fingers together and keep your palms flat, then place your hands below your breast bone and above your navel. Hold your hands there for 10 seconds. The solar plexus is like a door to your personal power and must be kept protected at all times.
6. Listen to some upbeat happy music. Uplifting and positive music does soothe the soul.
7. Thank your Creator for all of your blessings, including the earth, sun, moon, stars, trees and flowers.
8. Say your favorite prayer, and say it out loud. When you speak out loud, you are actually sending energy into the upper etheric plane.
These simple but effective exercises will set the tone for your entire day. Try one of them and see how you feel after a few days.
