Train Yourself For An Out-Of-Body Experience

Some experts believe that the subconscious takes us out of our body at night. Visual affirmations can be more effective than verbal affirmations. Visualize that you are separating from your body. Try and imagine that you are flying out of your body. Do this frequently during the day, and again after you wake up in the morning.

Thinking about it as you read or listen, will impress the concept on your subconscious mind, which can be very effective getting the results you want. The most important pre-condition for OBE is a completely relaxed body. Breathe deeply and picture yourself relaxing each muscle one at a time, starting at your feet and moving slowly up to your head. Do this every day until you can relax your body in a few minutes. This is essential if you are wanting to experience an OBE.
