Before And After Empathy

Get a free psychic reading right now at PsychicAccess.comWhen you have felt it all; analyzed your psychology; have worked on yourself and your desires; experienced another person’s feelings and desires; have decided if they are good enough to integrate into your well-being – as a master Empath, what does one do next?

I have been through it all. I believe we all have. Yet, now we can ascribe a part of our feeling, a part of our moods, a part of our motivations as not just our own, but that of a fellow being. We can move past the wonder and experience nothing. After much of the discovery, a sense of power, a loss of control by submitting to someone else’s whims – and once the realization has come that indeed you are a good Telepath, the next concern is what to do with this ability and to decide if it is useful and to become a better person.

Some  would wonder what use one could have for telepathy.  Most though assume it is for the ability to control, take over, manipulate, assimilate, use or abuse – though for the Empath it is not a choice – it is an unfortunate ability to experience emotions, highs and lows as if they were one’s own and one is often abused or manipulated because of the people pleasing traits many real Empaths have. It’s like a medical ‘condition’.

This is not a point of manipulation – it is the only way some of us, many of us can make any sense of the multitude of sensations around us, an explanation for too much suffering. So for some of us it is a release. For others it is most definitely a desire to release the self from the ‘bondage’ of another being, not at the mercy of the desires, often unfulfilled, nor someone else’s unhealthy inclinations.

I have an entire method which I use to work with my clients over time and it is certainly more of a deconstruction, an analysis of the self and the people we have accumulated to support that self.  This may require a complete reconstruction after the breakdown of the psychological structure of one’s being that has occurred. This may include a change of lifestyle, though you need not be that Spartan, and I am certain many Empaths transition in a supported manner.

You don’t need a therapist or counselor to help you – often times life breaks us so that we have no other option but to let the older parts go, and for others it is an achievement that is difficult, seemingly endless and oftentimes painful, but this is perhaps just a word for the journey that many of us achieve without the title of “Empath”, “Telepath”, “Psychic” or even as a “patient” or “client”. One doesn’t have to be any of these titles to achieve this. Any religion or belief can achieve this, but for those of a less formal version of the spiritual part of the world, we need to relearn the aspects of spirit that are most relatable. Perhaps then we will relate to God if we can learn to relate to ourselves well.

As I grew up in the 70s with the emergence of a modern, everyday, personal psychology, it came to us to learn about ourselves – in fact that was our generation. The mantras of the 70s was all about self-analysis, nutrition and self improvement, and the children of that time would have had like me many copies of psychology magazines around the home. Growing up with reference books to medicine, nutrition or psychology made us the ‘self-serve’ generation of pop psychologists, and to many of you this would come as naturally as our ABC’s.

This is why I think psychics and psychology work so well in our culture. It gave us also the breadth of understanding – and intense interest for other religions, ways of thinking, cultures and philosophies that are endlessly folded into this mode of thinking, above all else endlessly seeding new selves and opportunities out of the basic building blocks of psychology, which can be worked into any other religion, belief or spirituality in the world. The concepts I use for my work are innate and logical and could be applied anywhere – which is why it is so easy to understand.
